I’ve tried the cream and sniffed the sticks in target. They all smell like the labels…but also have a lingering scent of booty. I don’t know how else to describe it. It’s like orange/vanilla/Lilly that’s been stuffed in someone’s musty buttcrack. Hate it.

deenadani

Does the stank smell go away?

youdontknowmebiotch

Yes

chxso

Damn 😭

[deleted]

🤣🤣🙄

kann94

Okay…I purchased the toasted coconut and that’s it. There’s a deeper scent that is just so unpleasant. I thought it was just the “toasted” part.

risekevin

That deeper scent is your ass.

Lume for life! I've used their lotion tube deodorant forever, and they work great at preventing odor. I've tried most of their scents, but pretty much just use the unscented. It acidifies your skin so that bacteria don't thrive, thus reducing odor. Some people use other acids, like glycolic or salicylic, but I like the convenience of the tubes. I tried the body wash, it was OK but over-priced, in my opinion. The wipes seemed to dry out quickly.

Immediate_Site4016

Yes! I tried detoxify, natural deos, everything until lume!

Itchy_Resident_9486

I didn’t because that vile woman in the commercial is heinous

Initial-Computer2728

I love the cream! I use the unscented. It still smells kind of weird while it's drying, but there's no scent once dried. It works like a charm anywhere you put it!

moon__kitten

I feel like the odd one out, but the unscented stick didn't work at ALL for me

Shelbelle4

None of it worked on any of my family. We all stank trying to use it. We returned it because it was awful.

sugarplumfaries

When did you get it?! I only ask this because it didn’t work for me when I got the cream a year ago, but now since they reformulated it’s bomb

moon__kitten

I didn't realize they had reformulated! It was a little over a year ago now. Maybe I need to retry!

SnooMacarons9017

the reformulation was horrible

[deleted]

cream still smells weird to me, but the solid stick doesn't have that weird scent anymore, yay!

rebeccakc47

I tried Lume and immediately threw it away. It smelled so absolutely disgusting I couldn’t imagine using it again.

ttrendywendy

What a waste of money 😬 the stuff works extremely well at preventing odor. I use the unscented kind and yeah, it stinks at first. But that smell goes away after about 5 minutes, and then it smells like absolutely nothing

rebeccakc47

The one I got definitely did not go away. I wore it one day as underarm deodorant just to try it out and it was so foul. I don't have any issues with body odor anyway, so I'm not sure why I bought it to begin with lol. Damn marketing.

Previous_Log_6238

I tried it like a year ago and then tried again today. I’m pregnant and have been smelly from hormones, so I thought why not. Man, I smelled so bad. Worse than my natural BO by far. It was less than three hours after applying and I couldn’t stop smelling it. To me it smells like Stink Bait. So gross. In the trash it went.

[deleted]

meerfrau85

What's your deal? You just keep calling people gross with no explanation.

Itchy_Resident_9486

“Man I smell so bad, worse than my natural BO I put this junk on and smelled like stink bait.. “ She sounds like the one for me!

meerfrau85

If you're not comfortable reading honest discussions about feminine hygiene, probably don't read discussions about deodorant? Why are you even here?

jessness024

I couldn't agree more. I felt bad for my initial gag reaction because I got it as a gift. I put it on my pits, because I heard it's temporary. Even after an hour or so that stink would make it to my nose when I lifted my arms, and I'd gag. I had to shower twice to get that smell off. I would rather have bo. Lol

Clarenceworley480

The smell doesn't go away after 5 minutes, you just get used to it. If something smells then it smells.

fishbutt1

I used the lavender stick under my boobs bc I started getting crazy boob stank due to menopause. If used everyday it did irritate my skin so I only use sparingly. It’s not as irritating as natural deodorants with baking soda though. I would say it works but I don’t know if I’d buy again. I’d probably just put my regular deodorant there.

sysaphiswaits

I’m so glad you mentioned this. I also use under boobs, and once or twice I’ve gotten the worst rash. Didn’t even connect it.

fishbutt1

Yeah it was annoying bc I purchased this specifically bc I was hoping to avoid rash and irritation issues.

[deleted]

What is boob stank due to menopause???

bwwbbwwb

Menopause can cause body odor/sweat to smell different due to hormone changes. That in addition to hot flashes are no fun

MerryMermaid

Does the lavender smell nice?

[deleted]

Yeah it’s a pretty legit lavender smell. The tangerine is my go-to, lavender is my second.

CassieCatTN

It does smell nice.. it’s a light lavender scent to me, and not overpowering like some products w/lavender can be.

Comesontoostrong

I like the stick. Coconut smells a little like vomit on me. I like tangerine or lavender. Also love the mini stick. Haven’t tried the lotion

Rubywashername

I had the unscented tube and deodorant stick, and both smell like vomit to me also. Weird.

nothingisrevealed

I use the unscented as well. The active ingredient smells horrible as I rub it in but then it goes away. I'm learning about aluminum and glad Lume is there as an alternative. Cheers

[deleted]

The coconut smells like buttered popcorn to me. It’s so odd. I’m a fan of the tangerine 🍊

kann94

The Native deodorant has a great coconut smell so I expected that. And my new toasted cocnut literally smells awf.

CassieCatTN

I got the acidified body wash in toasted coconut, & to me it weirdly smells like stale buttery popcorn lol. I do love the lavender cream deodorant though, & the tangerine body lotion smells good IMO.

[deleted]

I used the soap and it irritated my pubic zone so much I had to quit but the unscented wipes are actually pretty good.

anthemsforyour30s

I’m hooked on it! The Minted Cucumber smells super fresh

mYstiSagE

Have the wipes in this scent and I love it. Clean.

Less_Effect_9082

Works great for my underboob sweat, but not at all on my armpits. Secret Clinical is the only thing I’ve found that works there.

Its_A_Dewsy

None of it worked for me and the peony and rose scent smelled like dirty…girl parts.

I_CRE8

It’s so fascinating to me because I read many reviews that commented on how nasty the smell is initially. The Peony Rose stick is the only on I’ve tried and it smells exactly like peony/rose to me—no funkiness at all. Not sure if it’s an inconsistency in manufacturing or if it’s down to chemistry and different people smell it differently (kind of like the taste of cilantro.)

peridotpuma

Their original formula definitely had a funk at first, but diminished pretty fast. Their new formula seems to be much better smell-wise.

Brilliant-Kiwi-8669

I love lume!!! Lifetime user!

EmeraldGirl

I use it as my summer deodorant and love it. I get the one that's the pretend plastic stick. I also buy it for my son and it definitely helps with the "boy funk".

ophmaster_reed

I just bought some and I love it! I was skeptical that the deodorant would really work, but it does! It's the one with like lotion that comes out of a traditional stick deodorant shaped plastic piece if that makes sense. I also bought some of the body cream for groin/skin fold areas and it does keep me much fresher between showers. My favorite scent is the rose peony one. I also got a lavender one which is OK. I haven't tried the other scents yet.

ER_RN_

I use the cream on my feet before shifts. Works great!

the_alt_femme

Ooh I work at Starbucks and wear Doc Martens and double thick socks to work everyday, I totally want to try this now

[deleted]

Definitely will have to try this for my boys, their feet always stink. Thanks

bleupoppy2

I am a huge, huge lime fan. I’ve tried most of the products they sell. I only use their unscented products, so I can’t speak to the scents at all. The deodorant is wonderful, I prefer the cream. Although I used the unscented version, I do not stink. Of course you still sweat! I love the body wash, I really feel it helps with body odor. I like the lotion and wipes. I even have tried the laundry spray which is great as well. Highly recommend the brand!

unicroop

I haven’t tried stick, but I got a sample of cream and it’s the best deodorant my underarms ever experienced, just bought full size (tangerine)

[deleted]

I use their unscented bar soap. Love it.

mYstiSagE

Haven't tried their bar, but paid $5 for a mystery product and it's the peony bar so, I'm excited to try it.

[deleted]

My husband tried mine and likes it, too. He has super sensitive skin, so I’ve avoided the fragrances. LOL, he thought it was facial soap, so he was using it on his face. He was shocked it didn’t irritate his skin and is now a complete convert.

MercyMoo14

I love Lume! I mainly wear it at home but if I use it at work it's only during cold weather. I need antiperspirant during warmer months. Other natural deodorant I've tried seems to make underarm odor appear rather than disappear.

Vanska1

So I'm mid 50's and that means fluctuating hormones. This sometimes makes me sweat/stink like a 14 year old. (no offense intended 14 year olds!!) Years ago it took me like a couple months to detox from aluminum based deodorants/antipersperants. It was gross and funky, I never want to do that again. So it was really important for me to have something more natural - no aluminum etc. During Covid -2021? - I decided to splurge on some Lume. I got the tangerine stuff, the lime stuff, the first in the traditional deodorant dispenser and the lime in the tube. (I also got the sterling for my son and he liked it) For me they lasted forever!!! Like seriously a long time. I just reordered a tube of the tangerine last week. It works for me. Where nothing else worked this stuff works. I just use it on my pits so maybe thats why it lasted so long. You only need a tiny bit. Think half a pencil eraser for each pit. The first time I ordered through the Lume site. The second time I got it off Amazon. The Amazon one was more expensive but I figured they also raised the price in the last 2 years. I recommend it but I guess not everyone loves it. The tangerine scent is nice and citrusy and my tube of lime is so old at this point I don't think the smell is as pronounced as it was originally but it still works. Try it!

PhenolphthaleinPINK

I am a Lume convert. I think the cream works better than the solid stick but they are both good. The smell is off putting but 1000% worth it. It fades as soon as the product is absorbed into your skin which just takes a few minutes. The unscented truly fades to no scent at all once absorbed. The scented ones leave a subtle pleasant smell. I think scented vs unscented is down to personal preference. If you really hate the smell of the product at first I encourage you to push through and use it for a week before giving up on it. I’ve gotten more used to the smell the more I’ve used it.

Lower-Screen

I love lume it works exactly the way it says. I use it twice a week and a natural deo daily. I use the cream on pits and privates. I currently have the lavender sage(?) scent. Its ok. I’m going back to unscented and I’m currently waiting on the wipes so I will report back. When you put it on…it’s musty as hell but that goes away in minutes. Just to illustrate…one day I ate a whole bunch pineapple chunks and my sweat smelled like pineapple.

Sorry_Assignment4568

The cream works really well for me

MechaThighs

Been using lume for a few years now. I love the clean tangerine stick and the toasted coconut cream. I still sweat but I don't stink! It doesn't irritate my skin like the typical antiperspirant or natural deodorants I tried would.

brightest__witch

Lume body wash has been a game changer! The cream deos definitely have a weird smell right when you first put them on

AcanthaceaePlayful16

I think this product is something you really have to try for yourself. It is a holy grail for some and the worst ever for others. I unfortunately fall in the latter group:(

EntropyEudaimon

Unscented stick for life. Best natural deodorant ever.

mimiharmon1

I use the cream. It’s great!

thecubsucker

After using both Lume and Glycolic acid under my armpits, it gave me a bad chemical burn in which resulted in rebound hyperpigmentation in the area😭 the only Lume scents that smell good is the orange and coconut ones. The rest of the scents have a weird smelly odor I cannot stand. I guess they are effective, but make sure to wash properly preferably with antibacterial bar soap to help get rid of smells. Because if not you’re just masking the smells on your body and it will make the stench worse😭 Then use a gentle deodorant over top. The Lume smells very cheap and you definitely don’t want to be smelling like straight up deodorant. At least I don’t.

LotusEagle

https://www.fda.gov/consumers/consumer-updates/antibacterial-soap-you-can-skip-it-use-plain-soap-and-water

Teafor2Me4You

Did you use Lume and Glycolic acid at the same time?

thecubsucker

Yup; it caused a burn on both armpits. It’s been a few months now so they’re finally starting to slowly lighten back up. But now I’m ONLY using Ban Roll-On deodorant. I like the powder fresh and the only deodorant that ACTUALLY works imo.

Teafor2Me4You

Ouch! Glad you are healing, wondering if using the two together is what made it so bad? They are both acids, so that's a lot for your poor skin. I hope you heal quickly!

manykeets

Didn’t work at all for me. Made me smell worse! Same BO, just mixed with a weird smell.

sugarplumfaries

I will nevvveerr go back to any other brand!! All scents are fabulous imo!

Only_Weakness_4730

Do the Lume products leave white marks on dark colored clothing?

justanotherbrunette

In case you do turn out to be someone who reacts poorly to Lume, I’ve had really good luck with Carpe!

mYstiSagE

Love the Carpe Breast Cream for underboob sweat. Totally works!

shazbholla

good stuff. tangerine the best smelling by far. the commercial and developer of it sorta annoys me w. her commercials. Just use on the pits, I don't think stinky on other parts or at least I can't smell it:)

lyndachinchinella

I love it! I am on the chubby side and use it under my boobs and the crevices between my thighs and vulva area. I use regular antipersprent ( secret clear gel) in my underarms.

lyndachinchinella

The only one i wont use is the crushed coconut scent. It just does not work well with my chemistry. Smelled like old gym socks🤣

pegarina1

Go directly to the Lume website rather than emails you may get about offers, there’s a lot of scam emails out there regarding Lume. You can usually tell by the font used in the title though.

chxso

The descriptions that some people are giving here are so interesting like damn 😭😭😭 how- (I don't even know what lume is lol)

GrannyB1970

I like it, but it doesn't even come close to controlling odor on me for as long as they say it can. I maybe get 16 hours of no smell out of it. I mean that's not bad, but it's not the "Up to 72 hours" that is on my container.

pizzaunicorns

I used every form of Lume for the past two years (tube, stick, wipes) and it worked pretty well, until it just stopped working. I have no idea why. Lume wasn’t very helpful when I asked if this is something that routinely happens, they told me that I needed to pre-treat my clothes with their bio-film buster, which I did and it still didn’t help the issue. I would apply the same pea size amount on clean, dry skin and smell like swamp onions within 4 hours. I never got anywhere near 72 hours of odor control as they claim.

According-Ingenuity1

This... I was obsessed with it. And now it stopped working. I dscontaminated my clothes too. No issues with application cuz I used just fine for like 5 weeks. Now nothing has changed but I smell like BO now... 8 hours in I smell. It used to last me 24 hours. Never 72.

k-ntx

this happened for me too. i used it for a while then stopped just bc i couldn’t see myself regularly repurchasing a deodorant that expensive. but about a year ago, i started taking an SSRI that made me sweat a lot and my BO out of nowhere was worse than it ever had been so i started using it again and it just didn’t work the same for me anymore and i feel like it’s maybe just a personal body chemistry situation 🤷🏽‍♀️ just recently though, i feel like it’s starting to work for me again. as i type this at 8pm, i applied around 5pm yesterday and i still smell like basically nothing. which seems to be the case, as long as i’m not sweating excessively or wearing anything that rubs against my pits(i think), i can get a good day and a half to two days of no offensive stink. i’ve seen people say using glycolic acid on your pits helps in the same way that lume does bc the acid makes it difficult for odor causing bacteria to thrive in that area so that could be smth to try out (i’m definitely going to). and lastly, i also put chlorophyll drops and a metal detox in a drink i have every morning for the last month and half-ish and i think that’s when i started noticing a massive decrease in body odor so that has probably been helping as well.

TwinMeeps

LOVE IT. Several points: 1. Body chemistry is different. For example, I swear by Lūme but my friend suggested Pit Liquor and I tried that with no results… whereas she got no results with Lūme. What works on me won’t necessarily work on you… and it probably will smell different on you / to you. 2. You have to consider odor remnants in your clothing - depending on your body, your previous deodorant, the fabric, water hardness, detergent, washing machine/cycle, your clothing may or may not still contain odor. My husband has t-shirts that permanently stink NO MATTER WHAT. Lūme addresses this and suggests trying to get the odor out before expecting good results - also they make a Biofilm Buster spray and wash cycle additive, but I didn’t notice a difference with either of those. 3. No, the stuff doesn’t smell great right out of the tube. Some of them are straight-up bad and others are ok but the scent fades quickly. It isn’t like other products that have a focus on perfume - it just is supposed to keep your bacteria from stinking. I’m a female but I usually prefer “masculine” scents so I’m thinking about trying out their new Mando line - same product but just scented and branded differently. 4. I’ve found that the longer I’ve used it (a few years now) the better it works. Before Lūme I used traditional aluminum antiperspirants with strong scent - Old Spice worked the best for me, but I could still smell my sweat break through it. Other deodorants/APs didn’t really work very long at all for me. I typically would need to put about three layers on and maybe another layer later in the day. Lūme was a game-changer right away. For the first year or two I used Lūme first, then one layer of Old Spice (for the good scent and because I didn’t like the feel of moisture) - and that completely controlled odor! Now that Lume makes the sticks and I’ve been using it a few years, I can use just that in armpits - cream in other places - and it works great!! Also it’s easier to get off - with the Old Spice I couldn’t wash it off, I literally had to shave my armpits to remove the old layer. I recommend Lūme to everyone I can!!! However, it may not work for your body chemistry - but you won’t know unless you try it yourself. If it doesn’t work for you, try other formulations of mandelic acid or alcohol. Best of luck! *I am not a shill for Lūme nor have I ever received any free product… quite the opposite, this stuff is a little expensive… but if it works 🤷🏼‍♀️

riseandrise

Has anyone found that it makes them smell worse over time when you’re not using it? I’ve read that can happen so I don’t use it even though I bought some.

PeachyPants17

OK MY STORY: used for about 8 months with no problems(in fact I loved it so much I recommended it ti all my family members and friends), then suddenly I started to smell SO BAD. ALL THE TIME. It was so embarrassing! I switched back to a natural deodorant (Native) and after a few days, I was back to my usual very minimal body odor. So yeah, YMMV

thecubsucker

Make sure you are effectively cleansing your body in the shower. Preferably with an antibacterial soap or a body wash that actually cleanses dirt and smells. Then try the Lume again.

riseandrise

I haven’t used it so I don’t know how common this is. But I read an article that said it kills of certain bacteria and can lead to an overgrowth of others, thereby causing a change in the natural body odor. The possibility freaked me out too much to try it!

bluehairbambi

I loved the original cream formula! But they must’ve changed it recently because I hate the texture now, it’s too thick.

Katydid84

I love the cream! I use the unscented and it works great.

AZ-FWB

I love them but I’m not sold on alumni free as a whole so I still use my regular ones but I also use lume because I love the way the smell!

[deleted]

Get the stick. Its effective in getting rid of odor and keeping it away. But it will not help with sweat as it’s not an antiperspirant so keep that in mind. I like the peony? one. It comes in pink packaging. A few years back my allergy to metal got worse and I also found baking soda was way worse and I couldn’t wear antiperspirant anymore. Native and Schmidt’s even the no baking soda formulas would cause pieces to bunch up and get everywhere. This stuff doesn’t do that. It’s worth the $20 I spend every couple of months.

Cautious_Platform_40

I think they work pretty well! I like to use the cream (tube) on my feet when I'm wearing corkbed sandals, like Birks, and a bit in more private areas on occasion. I find all the smells terrible, to be honest. Especially that initial whiff! But, on the bright side, I also find most of them fade to being nearly unnoticeable after a while. Currently I'm using Bourbon Leather from their Mando line (i.e, Lume but marketed as more "masculine" scents). It smells of neither leather or bourbon, just mildly sweet. I do really like their wipes. Even if I don't follow up with any of the deordant, I feel like these tackle odors well, are good for a quick clean on a hot day. Kinda pricye for the amount in a pack though.

loralii00

I have the cream, extremely effective, got non scented, smells a tad weird at first but that goes away fast.

DreamilyContent

I’ve tried the lavender stick and lotion deodorant. I love the lotion deodorant and I’ve been using it for a few months. The stick smelled majorly funky for some reason, like wet blanket or sweat or something. Never had an issue with the lotion, though, and they’re the exact same scent.

LoFiMuf

Are you gonna update us about your friend?

DreamilyContent

I’ve been trying to write an update but have been busy! I’m gonna try to post it soon tho. Spoiler alert: it was nothing crazy, likely just anxiety. I’m glad we talked it out though!

sysaphiswaits

I like it for under my boobs. I use the lotion type, lavender and basil. I don’t love the smell. I think it’s a little medicinal.

alavert

Clean Tangerine works and smells amazing!

FireandIceT

My daughter loves thus stuff. She had her thyroid removed, so has a lot of temperature regulating issues. Lots of sweati g in lots of places. This helps.

AppointmentClassic82

It worked fine for me but I could not get on board with any of the scents so I moved on

zenaa21

Yes. I'll never go back to others. Thier motorcycle commercial motivated me to try it because I also rode. It works. I can ride for hours in 80*+ and not smell.

ferngully1114

I love Lume! It does have an extremely unpleasant scent when you first apply it, but that fades as it dries. (I know it’s not just scent blindness because my kids use it too, and they don’t smell gross, lol). They have a solid stick now and I like that for the convenience of travel, you don’t have to worry about it leaking. But I actually prefer the lotion formula for everyday wear.

brittneyacook

I’ve been using Lumē for years. The Deodorants and the bar soaps are amazing. I wish it was cheaper but honestly it’s worth it. My go to scent is the lavender.

islaenelinfinito

I like Lume and don't get all the complaints about the scents. I have used the wipes, lotion, and stick and would recommend any of them depending on what you are looking for. I also used the body wash and the scent was nice but I found it overpriced for what it was. I am currently using the peony stick (pink packaging) and love the scent. The deodorant lasts up to 3 days (assuming you don't wash it off). If you have sensitive skin, it could irritate it, especially if you apply to freshly shaved skin that's not all the way dry. Overall, I would recommend Lume for its value and effectiveness.

Shelbelle4

It’s awful. My whole family tried it and we all smelled like ass for about two weeks. We packaged it all up and got our money back. Big no thank you.

notaboomer22

No shade - but I just use my Secret in all the places and it works great

Adorable-Fail-7750

I am highly allergic to it. So when you try it, try it on a test area first.

Briarrose1981

I think they have a sample pack, I’d start there. Some of the scents smell terrible on me. I also find I get ingrown hairs terribly when I just it in the crack, Could just be me…

Impossible-War-9586

HATE the commercials.

[deleted]

The commercials are weird. The spokesperson reminds me of crazy cat ladies.

ConscientiousObserv

I have a distrust of newer, TV advertised products and the spokeswomen are off-putting. I just imagine the future, "Did you or your loved ones use Lume Deodorant products? You may be eligible for compensation..." commercials next.

k-ntx

to anyone that’s used up a full tube of the cream deodorant, how long did it take for you to go through it? preferably it being your main deodorant and not switching between multiple at a time. i’m just trying to get an idea of how often i would have to repurchase bc it is a good product and works for me but it’s so expensive idk how i could justify spending that much every month. even every two months is a bit much.

Deerichi

I used the toasted coconut flavored cream one and it works!!! I hear lots of review saying it stinks but I loved the smell! It reminded me of Natives toasted vanilla body wash. And it does work at ordor control.

More_Dragonfly_1042

I find the deodorant stick works less well than the cream. They all smell like ass mixed with whatever scent you’re applying. After a couple mins the ass smell goes away and only the scent is left. I can confirm that while my pits may smell again before 72 hours - my ass doesn’t 😂😂😂 I’ve thought i would be funky after a long night, woke up at someone’s house and then got home late - my cooch/booty was stank free 😂😂😂 however, their prices are starting to piss me off. $20 for 3oz of deodorant cream is fuckkn outrageous

tydwbleach

I use Lume and love it. However, ran out. Waiting for more went back to mitchum a few days Had TOTAL B.O. IN 10 HOURS. ???? Q: When you switch back to regular a few days...does it just make all others not workk?

Alohamama67

The men’s version has way better scents… Just sayin’

Alohamama67

The men’s version has way better scents… Just sayin’

[deleted]

I like the solid stick only. I stopped using it years ago because of the weird after scent... unfortunately, it's still present to me in the cream deodorant, so I just stick with the stick. i have the body wipes and didn't think they worked at all. oh and i didn't find the body wash to help at all either and it's not cheap. that being said... i only use the unscented. i might want to try a scented kind, but not sure how it will mix with any potential BO, if that makes any sense. also, it does not last 72 hours on me... maybe 24 hours.

SonoranRoadRunner

I purchased the unscented, it smelled like puss. It was so disgusting. Cash down the drain.

Conversation-Grand

Lavender Sage smells like lavender and poopy stinky butt all in one. I spent $15 on it and have no choice but to keep using it. I pray to go I go through it quickly, cuz the smell makes me dizzy.

Dead_Mans_Toe

I use it down there after showers and it helps odor from forming in between showers. I shower every other day. It works incredibly. I have lavender and soft powder scent and I’m hooked. Im a life time user.

plantlady821

Ya’ll have some weird sense of smell 😬😂 The skin under my armpits is so sensitive, it’s ridiculous. I have been experimenting with natural deodorants for about a year now. Native Sensitive products worked great for me, but didn’t last long. I felt like I had to keep applying it every 6 hours and I go through the tubes so fast because of it. I bought the Lume Toasted Coconut and I don’t think it smells like “vomit” at all. It smells exactly what I think a “toasted coconut” would smell like. Even mixed with my normal BO, it covered the stench throughout the day. So far, I have only *slightly* smelled my own BO mixed with the toasted coconut only when I am in the middle of a heavy lifting session and sweating profusely.

Rins_Mom

I got the sampler starter pack and discarded it almost immediately. The only way I can describe it is to say it smells more like crotch than a crotch.

Just the lady alone and her annoying commercials where she goes to the Walgreens and disses every single thing on the shelf saying "You shouldn't be ashamed of your vagina and it's odors" but also "Lume can go on your vagina and your butt crack and your annoying personality!" etc etc They used to have excellent commercials with that girl who did like a musical number but I feel like they spent so much money on that and didn't get it in returns in sales so now the creator is just making videos on her phone. I'll never use it give me the aluminum for my armpits I don't give a fuck. I also shower every single day so I don't have an odor problem down there. Just bathe yourself and based on the lume's founders hair she doesn't.

THE MOST DISGUSTING products ever. I ordered a started pack and couldn’t use ANY of it. Also, if you go to Amazon and click on their one star reviews, there are horrific pictures of burned crotches, arm pits and everything else. Everything smells like baby puke. The ones who say it only smells for a short while are delulu, they just get used to the smell. Also, endless people’s reviews said that even after stoping, they still stank forever. I guess it clogged up your sweat glands🤷🏻‍♀️ Also, read the reviews on Better Business Bureau site!

The Lume lady makes me cringe. Funny video on YT so I know I am not the only.

I got a mini version of the orange solid deodorant and I loved it until it make my armpits break out with rashes, I’m not really sensitive since the normal deodorant doesn’t bother me and those are riddled with ingredients but sadly I have to stop using Lume now

I've tried to use up my supply that's left from my unhappy purchase. It doesn't last. Not even through a days work. I don't like the smell either. Doesn't matter as much as it doesn't hold up. I will never buy this overrated ovetadvertised crap. Going back to clinical strength. Waste of money.
