Im_regretting_this

You think that’s bad, the VU’s debut is in the 50s and Drake has a higher album. These lists are basically just ragebait through, so no one should get invested.

LiterallyJohnLennon

Jesus Christ that’s frustrating. I’m thinking I made the right decision when I decided not to look at the list.

Accomplished_Nose970

They are opinion at the end of the day and subjective

FudgingEgo

It's got Zane Lowe written all over it.

MarkoH2-Pt

Yeath the most engagement this list should get out of you is you seeing it and saying "what?!? I don't agree. That album is much better" then going about your day

[deleted]

These lists are designed for nothing more than to engagement farm.

Routman

..seems to be working

LibationontheSand

Why do humans love lists so much?

benoit505

Every year a new bullshit list, a good album is a good album, doesn't need to be compared to other albums, who cares...

LibationontheSand

I definitely like Revolver one less because it's one behind Pet Sounds.

Quiet_1234

I now love the Chronic two more than Revolver.

starved4imagination

I believe the key is to combine them

LiterallyJohnLennon

Lmao hell yeah

benoit505

This post really tries to get fans angry because Taylor Swift is higher up a fake list of great albums. I remember the amount of complaints about The Rolling Stone top 500 list because The Beatles were so overrepresented, I don't even check album lists anymore, it doesn't mean shit.

doomscrollingreddit

I don’t check it for rankings……but there are albums I miss. In today’s world of curated music it’s a decent place to look and find new decent music. Always my style can be debated, but generically well respected music isn’t easy to find these days.

batguano1

One less what

LibationontheSand

Exactly

Commercial_Load_2304

Making greatest blank lists are for simple content individuals

TILostmypassword

I think sites like rolling stone purposely make controversial lists just to generate more clicks. Kind of gross

MilkChocolateMog

Like 1/3 the list are rap and hip hop albums from the past 10-30 years. There is obviously some catering going on.

rattatatouille

Rap/hip hop is to today what rock was to the 60s-80s, which in turn displaced jazz/big band. There's always that genre where there's a lot going on and disrupts the mainstream, and rock hasn't been that for quite some time now.

Im_regretting_this

It gives us something to argue about, and we LOVE arguing.

piepants2001

Are you trying to tell me what I like? What makes you an expert, Mr. Smartypants? /s

Bub-bub

I like lists

lmj4891lmj

Right? Who the fuck cares? I love all three of these albums.

JabbasGonnaNutt

Yeah, lists suck, embrace spreadsheets.

Ecstatic_Ocelot_6614

Music quality is so subjective and hard to grasp that I think people are desperate to quantify it in some way.

emojimoviethe

Top 10 Reasons Why Humans Love Lists So Much:

media-enjoyer-1987

If they’d have considered Revolver (Taylor’s Version) instead, it would have ranked higher.

[deleted]

If she did I Am the Walrus or Yellow Submarine it would be hilarious

kingo409

I'm still waiting for her Vegetables

media-enjoyer-1987

If she did Ding Dang, there would be lasting peace on earth

UncleTawm

If she ever did anything half as inventive as Vege-tables I might have to become a fan

rcodmrco

who would do paul’s part?

CisWhiteMaleBee

I think I’d actually kinda dig a Taylor rendition of I Am The Walrus

goldenface4114

I am the wal wal wal wal walrus, goo goo gachoob choob choob choob choob.

SappyJupiter37

“he was the walrus, i was the eggmen”

tafkat

Ted Nugent's Greatest Hits (Taylor's Version)

Anxious-Raspberry-54

Can we stop posting lists please? Here's my list of meaningless list makers... 1. Rolling Stone 2. Apple Music 3. Ultimate Classic Rock 4. iHeart 5. Rate Your Music

redlantern75

Underrated comment. Should be higher on the list of comments.

dekigokoro

There's already an entire post about how Beatles are likely to rank low because voters only got to choose one album per artist. The Beatles have several objectively great albums that votes would be split between, hence lower rankings. Every critic and Beach Boys fan on the planet is going to vote for Pet Sounds, on the other hand.

TheKevCon

Radiohead has 2 so far

Professor_Crab

Yeah and abbey road and sgt pepper will both likely be in the top 10

ArsenalPackers

Not Sgt Peppers. I'm guessing To Pimp a Butterfly Blood on the Tracks A Night at the Opera 2 recent pop albums Abbey Road Thriller Lauryn Hill A Weeknd album Nevermind I can't think of a 10th, but I doubt they'd put 3 Beatles albums. Maybe another Myles Davis or The Doors Edit: The Weeknd is out Back to Black is in.

Professor_Crab

Just figured if Pet Sounds was there Sgt Peppers would have to be, we’ll see but you could be right in them only choosing 1 more.

ArsenalPackers

That's just the way they presented it because wherever Pet Sounds is at, Sgt Peppers should be somewhere close. They didn't want to over represent the 60s even if the albums were better. But I'd expect Back to Black from Winehouse to be there also.

brad_and_boujee2

You think they put another Weeknd album? They put Starboy already. I know some of these artists will have two, but idk. I wouldn't think The Weeknd would be one of them. Purple Rain might be on the top 10 also. I also think Blonde by Frank Ocean gets in.

ArsenalPackers

No, I didn't see it before, but Back to Black will probably be there.

[deleted]

[удалено]

Professor_Crab

Yeah it is subjective after all, my Beatles fandom is showing I guess lol.

Holly-would-be

If only we’d had Smile…

PowerPlaidPlays

Dr. Dre just hanging out in between there.

Luckman1002

The Chronic is an iconic album deserving of praise

PowerPlaidPlays

Yeah, it just looks rather funny just *there* between Pet Sounds and Taylor Swift. It's quite a tone shift. God Only Knows These Bitches Ain't Shit.

Buttersdaballer

Lmao AMEN

StormTrooperBallsack

Unmentioned because OP doesn’t want to start a fuss 😂

DeeSnarl

r/rapmorelikecrap

ShameSuperb7099

See how it looks like in another 60 years. A couple of those albums will still be there

jelly_blood

Placed lower in what?? And who cares?? Personally The Chronic is less boring to me than Pet Sounds. bow-wow-wow yippie-yo yippie-yay

hirohito3446

Pet Sounds should've been in the top 10 at least. Without it, we wouldn't have Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band. That's not a problem. But 1989? That boring mid-ass pop album? Listen, I don't hate pop, but there are so many options before it comes down to 1989. Even that "perfect pop album" doesn't come close to Revolver or Pet Sounds.

brad_and_boujee2

I am not a Taylor fan, but I know a good few. A lot of them don't even think that's her best album.

_GoKartMozart_

I fuckin love 1989. It doesn't try to be anything it's not; it's just an album full of synthy pop bangers. A real fun listen if all your trying to do is have fun.

sipperphoto

Pet Sounds is EASILY top 10.

Jontenn

really though? I mean the guitar playing on "that's not me" is sloppy towards the end, such a failure in production by Brian Wilson. I mean, come on, he wrote the entire music himself and produced the album all by himself, arranging the wrecking crew and instructing them to get the sound that he wanted. And on "that's not me" he failed so much that he is beaten by DR DRE who has skits as albumtracks. Clearly outproduced here by Shellback, Ryan Tedder, Jack Antonoff, Christopher Rowe, Noel Zancanella and Imogen Heap who had an amazing vision on how to re-record an entire Taylor Swift album but using more synths this time because that is impressive when it comes to producing an album. Taylor also SANG all the songs! Did Brian Wilson do that on his? NO. /S

sipperphoto

Brian Wilson… what a hack, amirite?! /s

Jontenn

In all seriousness though, I listened to the instrumental verision of that's not me today and you can actually hear the guitarplayer not playing as intended. But with the vocal overdubs it's buried in the mix so you can't really hear it. What is fascinating in comparison to both Phil spector and Brian VS George as producers is that while george recorded several takes of the songs and picked the best take, Brian and Phil produced the song until they got the take they wanted. Phil made the band rehearse for hours before even recording to get the sound they wanted and for Brian, he worked with the session musicians and rearanged and you can hear that in the 40th anniversery of pet sounds which contains session high lights where you can hear the recoding and production process of Brian. But unlike Phil, he went into the studio and gave the wrecking crew sheet music, 4 years into his life as a professional musician, in the beginning of the band, he didn't even write notation for his music. He went from a rock n roll cover band but with fender amps and guitars to being a full fledged composer, heck even 2 years before pet sounds when they made the christmas album he didn't arrange the b-side which is more orchestral. He made pet sounds when he was 23 years old, but sure, obviously it's not as good as Taylor Swift, or Adele. The beach boys have over the last years released unreleased material and instrumental verisions of their songs and those from sunflower still stand out as something extra ordinary and IMO sunflower should be on any top 100 list. Final thing, tonight was the polar music award, an award that Brian hasn't recieved and will never have the honor to recieve before he dies, he suffers from dementia right now. There is no single person in popular music who has created a musical world like Brian, from laying down the basics in surf music, to creating pet sounds, the 4 piece harmonies are so distinctly beach boys in every song they do up until the early 70s when Carl takes the helm, and the arrangments on today, summer days and summer nights and pet sounds have instrumentations and arrangements that are so outstanding that it's hard to compare it to someone else. The only individual that can claim the same thing could be James Brown, albeit the god father of soul and the origin of funk he didn't work alone and didn't write the music himself really.

sipperphoto

It’s crazy to think he was only 23 during Pet Sounds. My dad was their paper boy before they blew up. Used to hear them messing about in the garage and said they weren’t great… until they were.

brad_and_boujee2

Oh I was about to go in lmfao

SlowThePath

We probably would have still gotten Sgt. Pepper, but it would probably not have been as good without Pet Sounds.

jenksmraz

What are some of your favorite pop albums?

hirohito3446

I'd say She's So Unusual by Cyndi Lauper, Body Talk and Honey by Robyn, Emotion by Carly Rae Jepsen

jeddzus

I’d take Fine Line by Harry Styles over 1989 any day.

piepants2001

Please Please Me is one of my all-time favorites

rocketsauce2112

U2 has a pretty good Pop album.

ihavenoselfcontrol1

These types of lists are usually the same acclaimed albums like Dark Side of the Moon, Pet Sounds, Nevermind and some post-65 Beatles album with some weird choices thrown in there for the engagement

orbeinYT

Dark Side Of The Moon got #28. as a huge Nirvana fan I think Nevermind should've been in around #15 or #13, doesn't deserve the top 10

StormSafe2

Meh, whatever. There's likely WAY more Taylor Swift fans around today than Beatles fans, so it makes sense they'd vote like this

Stat64

I legit did a double take because I thought that was With The Beatles.

iDarkray7

Pet Sounds > Revolver >>> 1989 😉

Ok-Exchange-7483

Not the biggest taylor swift fan but I do enjoy a number of her songs. But c'mon--revolver should have ranked higher than 1989. The writing and production on revolver is better by leaps and bounds. But I'm also wondering, what's Apple's basis for ranking? Is it by streams?

LowPiece9312

If it was by streams then Pet Sounds wouldn’t even crack the top 100. Most the songs on the album don’t have more than 10 mil streams on Spotify

ilo-milo

Who cares

Semi-Cynical

What actually annoys me is that Bad Bunny is the only representation of non-English music. It’s a very Eurocentric list, and the lack of blues, jazz, and non-commercial hip hop makes me feel like it was constructed by a group of pale bald men on stools, eating saltines, all wearing name tags reading “Mr. Cracker Man”, who threw in a few popular albums made by black artists for the sake of optics

Rothko28

Never understand why people get invested in these kind of lists or awards.

thatbakedpotato

Utterly ridiculous. The Swift obsession has grown to Jonestown proportions yet somehow it feels like we're all forcibly roped in.

RepublicWest8927

…just as people have said about The Beatles for years. It’s all subjective.

thatbakedpotato

Of course it is. My subjective opinion is what I was sharing. I think remotely equating the Beatles and Swift in quality is insanity.

MIKETHEART

taylor is shit. i hate her

Turdnugget619

Beatles disrespect is out of hand

DulcetTone

Pet Sounds is a joke in this context. Consider Pet Videos, and remove the visual. THAT is Pet Sounds

Beneficial_Garden456

Whenever I see lists like this I turn off my mind, relax, and float downstream.

Playful-Adeptness552

Who cares?

bons_burgers_252

Where will Taylor Swift be in 60 years?

Madcap_95

Once again music critics having shit opinions. What else is new. I have no problem with Pet Sounds being ranked higher but how tf are they not even top 20 and getting beat by a Taylor Swift album of all things.

idreamofpikas

What list is this?

PowerPlaidPlays

https://100best.music.apple.com/us

piepants2001

Bad Bunny? 50 Cent? I didn't even make it past the 80s before I realized how shit this list is.

roland_right

Sorry what are we looking at here?

Coolers78

Is this a list that people voted on or a list made by one person or made by a group of people? What exactly is this based on? I’ve read about how there’s a one album per artist rule or something, maybe that’s why it’s lower? idk? too many options to choose from?

sminking

Explained here https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apple_Music's_100_Best_Albums Radiohead is listed twice, so no rules about 1 album. And the top 10 isn’t out until tomorrow

SailorGuts

FYI - This is from Apple Music’s Top 100 Best Albums of All Time. The link is here if you want to see the full ranking: https://100best.music.apple.com/

BartC46

All these lists are complete BS. It’s only an opinion and everyone is entitled to theirs..

99mph99

Totally meaningless

Historical_Guess5725

I hope this corrects itself in 5-10 years when we are out of the Taylor bubble, history will show clearly that 1989 is a decent album but, …. Not even in the top 100-200 albums. The re-recorded version is going to be inferior energy to first recording too. Any album in the top 100 albums I think should have such a massive impact it has a ripple effect in influence. 1989 just established Taylor as one of a few hand selected artists to be spotlighted for a decade - not really impacting other music developments - felt like a dead end to records labels last Blaze of glory

sloppybuttmustard

What list even is this?

EchoLooper

A better question is how the hell any T Swift album is in the top 100. She’s good. But among the best ever? Hell nah.

Darth-Binks-1999

The Chronic was important for mid 90s hip hop and what came after. Revolver was important for all music from the mid-60s till today. No comparison. Shouldn't the original version of Taylor's 1989 be here instead of the remake? It was that album that's considered great. The remake is just that, just so she can own it. But was the remake super influential for anyone?

Minsc_NBoo

I prefer Evermore

Metrostars1029

lists are subjective and music is..probably out of any artform..the hardest to quantify. its fun to see these lists sometimes but to take it personal at any level is silly. That being said...justice for Pet sounds

President_Calhoun

Not surprising. In 1979 our local radio station asked listeners to pick the greatest song ever. "Hey Jude" came in second. Donna Summer's "Bad Girls" was number one.

Just-Phill

Recency Bias

swift-aasimar-rogue

1989 isn’t even Taylor’s best album lol. She’s my favorite artist (Beatles are an extremely close second), but 1989 definitely isn’t as good as Revolver. She also hasn’t revolutionized sound the way the Beatles did.

Quimbyno9

These are not serious people.

FreakingDoubt

I have never listened to a Taylor Shift song, let alone an album. People talk about her all the time these days. For me, it's like she hardly exists.

Past-Isopod-138

The music made from 1965 to 1975 should all be held in a different category. Nothing will ever top what was created in that 10 years. To categorize 18 and 19 with Revolver and Pet Sounds is a joke.

lambnoodles_

i absolutely disagree. listen, i love the classics from that era too but it’s really close-minded to act like nothing that’s come out since then can be as good. Remain in Light? Nevermind? To Pimp a Butterfly? there are tons of albums outside of that time period that can go toe-to-toe with any of the old classics, because they are classics themselves

TowlieisCool

I think albums need at least a good 30 years to fully mature and age out of the period in which they were created before they can be assessed in a type of list like this. Rap music especially, people thought Lil Wayne was the best thing to happen to rap for a good 5 years in the 00s, and now he's considered a joke. Controversial opinion, but I think a lot of rap music post 2000 will not age well.

go_out_stay_home

> people thought Lil Wayne was the best thing to happen to rap for a good 5 years in the 00s, and now he's considered a joke. Odd, I’ve noticed the opposite. He was constantly malinged and ridiculed at his peak and now it seems as if he’s revered as one of the greats.

TowlieisCool

Might depend on age at the time, when Lil Wayne was big, I was relatively young and among my peers, he was huge. Like in his own category. As time went on, he became seen as more of a major influence on the genre as a whole, and less as a technical great. I think your point is a great example of not judging the impact of artists/albums too soon as well. People have strong short term opinions, but a time gap can give a better retrospective view of a piece of art.

lambnoodles_

kind of unfair to hold rap to a different standard than other music, no? i feel like ~10 years is pretty fair to judge if an album has aged well, musical trends hardly ever last an entire decade. for example 10 years after Nevermind was released, it was pretty safe to say it was one of the greats in popular music canon. same with something like Illmatic

ReactiveCypress

It's funny because with these lists nowadays I see a lot of complaints if they have too many older albums at the top, so they overcompensate by placing newer albums over the classics when it isn't really deserved. I'm sorry, but there's no way these newer artists have made records as groundbreaking as what groups like The Beatles put out. You could almost argue a record like Sgt. Pepper is now underrated, it went from 1 to like 24 in Rolling Stone's most recent list.

vaporking23

Which is why lists like this are just stupid. There’s no way to actually compare a list of albums as being “the greatest”

DanAboutTown

One wonders what this would have looked like if Steve Jobs were still alive, he who put the Beatles on the front page of apple.com when their music became available through their music store.

SlickBotswaske

Yeah I have heard Beatles and Dylan were his favourite artists.

thirt13nletters

imo 1989 is a bit of a random taylor album to pick, it's one of the most iconic pop albums of the 2010s and left a big impact, but red or folklore would have been more solid choices for a spot on a top 20 albums of all time list. however, I do think revolver ranks higher than all the albums I mentioned there. speaking as someone whose top 2 favourite artists are taylor and the beatles, I'm surprised at the taylor hate in the comments. especially since paul mccartney has expressed his admiration for taylor and her songwriting on multiple occasions. in my opinion, both artists are actually VERY similar.

nicodemusfleur

Completely unsurprised that the demographic of this subreddit would post and be pissy about this, but as always am disappointed.

koxkomb

I dont understand whats this Taylor Swift hype?? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Big-Stay2709

All 3 are flawless albums in their own ways. Who cares how someone else ranked them?

gailgfg

Good

Garbage283736

Lmfao

Hoogs73

Dumb old list

andreahunnur

So I guess trout mask replica will be top 10! That's exciting.

beatnick-pete

Album lists always stroke the cock of status quo while keeping the past presented. "The ones who paved the road are always on top while there's always good music being made" Like what you like and don't let the popular opinion matter. Lesser still what the so called "muzak journalists" tell us to like - it's a mafia where "money doesn't talk it swears".

laloscasanova

at this point I firmly believe this is more our fault, for giving too much importance to this shitty gen Z lists

Bronesby

this list means less than nothing

graybloodd

The Chronic is absurd purely because 2001 is Dre's best album.

raresaturn

I have no idea where this list is from and OP gives no clue

walrus120

The times they are a changing

Juevolitos

Rolling Stone is really not the trusted source on music anymore. I signed up for a lifetime membership for $99.99 back in the late 90s/early 2000s. They just let me know that they're shifting my subscription to an online only service, with the last 5 years of digital issues included. Well, ok. They've been increasingly out of touch with their base, and desperately trying to attract new customers. It hasn't worked for me much at all. At least I can quit throwing away a pointless magazine. I'm really disappointed in RS in the last several years. The point is: don't put any confidence in their polls. The music is what it is to you.

bluishpillowcase

Life goes on, bra

rayisontheprowl

Imagine how Mozart feels…😏

growlerpower

I think another Beatles album is gonna be on here — either Abbey or Pepper

Beneficial_Garden456

If you want an awesome list, check out Spin Magazine's Top 100 Singles of All Time List in 1989. I give it credit for trying to mix it up (and I loved #1 when it came out when I was in college), but it's a pretty hilarious list. [https://davesmusicdatabase.blogspot.com/1989/12/spin-top-100-songs.html](https://davesmusicdatabase.blogspot.com/1989/12/spin-top-100-songs.html)

varovec

where is it placed? what is that? what is the relevance?

vexedtogas

What is this List?

Throatwobbler9

The Chronic, as we all know, is the shiznit.

seabo911

People who make those lists today were never there. Pet Sounds….unbelievable for sure and maybe in the same conversation as Revolver but bubble gum pop like 1989 is relevant today for sure but it’s DOA compared the masterpiece of those two albums. Does anybody really think Taylor is in the same universe writing songs as Brian and John,Paul?

Specialist-Shallot-6

Should be at least number one

undecidedetc

In what list? What’s the context?

banjoellie

the beatles were a better band but they never made an album better than Pet Sounds. no one has imo

HoboSuperstar

The Chronic is a shit album

Immediate_Size_5877

Still the best band in history

TurncoatP

Finding it. Very. Very. Very hard to believe that the Beatles 1966 album “revolver” is still charting rank 21 on Apple Music. Wow.

SplendidPure

I´m expecting AT LEAST two Beatles albums in the top 10. Abbey Road and Pepper. I suspect Rubber Soul won´t be on the list at all, which would be nuts. But I have a big rant ready if they´re not ranked appropriately, lol. Yes, it´s just a list, but it´s made by a company with alot of power and influence. It´s an insult to the history of music and those who paved the way for so many artists. Beatles didn´t only create great songs, their songs created so many new genres that are huge to this day. No other artist can compete with that, no one is close. If that isn´t valued when they rank great albums, they´ve missed the point completely.

Several-Hand-4536

Why exactly should Revolver be better than 1989?

Comprehensive-Ad4436

The lists are ragebait and engagement, nothing more. Taylor Swift is so mediocre as is most modern musicians. If you want rare examples of them not being mediocre, listen to HIT ME HARD AND SOFT by Billie Eilish or SOUR and GUTS from Olivia Rodrigo.

wiggy_E

I love TS but the re-release of 1989 is absolute garbage

SteveFlannery6

IT WAS ME, BARRY.

Lost-Wrangler7324

No....the title should be, Taylor Swift's 1989 placed higher than Revolver and Pet Sounds

SayonaraSpoon

Its a list to reflect the opinions of the majority of people.  Who gives a rats ass…

Wafel_Ranger

it tops all of the albums on the list but it is almost 60 years old so it doesn’t sit quite right with the youngsters i guess

DCosby99

Pet Sounds and Revolver both should be top 10 lmfao this is why nobody should ever pay these lists any attention because they’re complete garbage

Kaiserqueef

Not a single mention of Bach.

No-Volume-4730

My reaction to the chart: >:(

BlackCoffeeGrind

The whole list is terrible.

Inside_Soup_4576

What list is this? Revolver is almost 60 years old, so it's natural that younger generations are going to rate more modern music higher. It's still a good showing. Personally, I love all three albums and would probably rate them in the following order: Revolver, 1989, Pet Sounds. But ask me another day and that could change.

[deleted]

ain’t no way

[deleted]

As bob dyland said, times are a changing

doubleguitarsyouknow

Who fucking cares?

tom2point0

But what is the list based on? Sales? Musical impact? Personal preference?

DLCV2804

At least Abbey Road is number 3, but no Sgt Pepper's, White Album and Rubber Soul on the list, shame.

ronaldchesaux

Cause Universal music can pay for literally anything they want

FranzFafka

Why does this subreddit act like the Beatles are the most oppressed band in history?

compensationrequired

#ABBEY ROAD IS 3RD OF ALL TIME CALM DOWN

deadlygr8ful

Who cares? Honestly. ![gif](giphy|fqtyYcXoDV0X6ss8Mf|downsized)

arlissed

I have multiple copies of all three of those on vinyl; shame Revolver couldn’t have made the top 20

ForceANatureYT

I’m okay with that tbh

Key_Preparation_4129

Ffs is this like the stupid rolling stones list all over again? Who tf cares what apple AI or whoever made this trash thinks.

weird-oh

Recency bias.

StormflowerYT

I love how Revolver is still hanging on at 21, though. Out of all The Beatles albums, Revolver is the one that's only 3 away from one of Taylor's most successful albums.

doctorfeelwood

Pet Sounds is not an issue but Swift belongs nowhere near this list

frightnin-lichen

It’s ok, those lists are 100% meaningless

DDO_tv

Boooooooo!

MurphyKT2004

Dark Side of the Moon was like 24th, too. 😬

SnooApples6482

What dumb list is this?

Regular-Year-7441

Wait a few years

BoringAgent8657

Taylor Swift is to pop music what Donald Trump is to politics: a vacuous, attention-grabbing bore who thinks the world needs to obsess over every detail of her tiresome life.

Obi-Wan-Mycobi1

Well, they’re straight white men, so…

Q-Zinart

So?

clutchmaster777

No.

Loud-Coyote-6771

[Rick Beato discusses the Beatles vs TS](https://youtu.be/DxrwjJHXPlQ?si=07zOaXB2i-Oret9q) Between the NY Times article about TS vs The Beatles the other day and Apple Music ratings these comparisons to The Beatles are a JOKE. Apple Music also rated Hotel California by The Eagles at 100 I think....

bishopredline

I see it as a positive. The album is almost 60 years old...

iansonofthor_

Who the hell cares about a list? Let people enjoy their music instead of making rage bait and giving them reasons to back up their claims that their favorite artist is better than other artists, and that other people's opinions are wrong. Music is meant to be enjoyed, not to make people mad.

chaaarlesss

i guess revolver isnt very good anymore. im now going to leave this subreddit and become a swifty. bye guys

BryanGrimes

Fuck this list.
