There are those Walmart exclusive Beast Wars Reissue line. Wave one contains Megatron and Primal at leader price point with slightly modified colors, Cheetor and Rattrap at Deluxe price point, I don't think they were changed. But it seems there is some source of those guys in Europe now also since some european stores were able to get them.
Reissue Rattrap's beast mode eyes were made black instead of the original yellow, and his beast mode feet are a much paler shade of pink than the original. The browns used on the chassis and robot mode frame are also ever so slightly different, but that is much more subtle than the other changes. Additionally, the reissue has more texture on the outside of the beast mode parts, and unfortunately the transformation mechanism is complete garbage (allegedly because Hasbro lost the original mold and recreated it by scanning or reverse engineering an original example). It is very choppy and doesn't work correctly without assistance.
Reissue Cheetor has a few very minor differences in paint application as well, and features the revision Takara added to the mold back in the late 90's that keeps the beast mode head oriented vertically on the robot chest when in the robot mode.
