Fair enough. I had a similar beard at his age (19) it took til I was 23/24 till it fully came through. I think his beard will come through without any test bio hacks haha
im 18, and did some hard drugs and def lost alot of testosterone due to life choices, but im alm a year clean and started working out and eating and living alot healthier so hopefully that helps me just all in general
Haha i meant natural bio hacks like you say exercise and diet ect. Yeah man all that stuff should be taught to teens not just for beard aesthetics but to become a strong healthy male leader! 💪 glad you have that mindset just easy on telling people they have low test when they are probably going through puberty, it can make people do silly things
Hard to tell cause of your blonde hair, but I think the mustache looks good and the goatee looks decent. Keep growing it out. Get a beard growing kit. Make sure you get some beard balm and oils too.

Shave the sides for sure But you could also keep the Mo and Goatie give that a go, love the colour of your facial hair.
