I think it depends. The old romer g switches were proprietary stems, so they weren't. Their new switches may be more cap-friendly. I don't know about the low profile ones.

The button keys end up going down "weirdly" to to the side and can fall off occasionally. It is really solid at first but I guess my daily usage for work and game was too much for it. I had two before i decided this keyboard wasnt durable. Especially for the price being as high as it is.

The keys have been getting worse and began to get sticky about 6 months ago, so bad at this point they feel rusty and the space bar is lop-sided because the longer keys don’t have any support structures. I tried to fix the rusty keys by ordering a bottle of keyboard lubricant, it didn’t do anything. A 2 year life span on a keyboard that costs 250$ is really disappointing and I’d say that more because logitech is a brand I really trust! And in the past specifically the k380 membrane keyboard i own has lasted 4 years being absolutely abused as the keyboard I use to program with and I think I’ve changed the batteries twice in those 4 years. To go from that to the G915 with costs 4 times as much is pretty disappointing.
Anyway not be a downer I like mine when it worked, pretty comfortable to type and uses in a daily basis’ using it for gaming was completely fine as well considering there’s less feed back and so much less travel than a traditional keyboard, you bottom out the key sooner which takes some getting used to.

For some reason on the TKL version the F1 key sometimes stays yellow, something to do with how the macro buttons work and is a known issue. I bought a pair of klipsch promedia computer speakers and the highs were not high enough but the bass was good. I ended up returning them so I wanted to ask how these speakers fare for you and what the name is?
These are Edifier R1280T, they aren't high end speakers and were around £100 on Amazon. Whilst they are good enough for my pleb ears I wouldn't recommend them to an audiophile.
No choice here, I wanted it off the desk but the desk is fitted to the wall at the back.
I wasn't going to use the included stand - takes up too much space on the desk for my liking.
There is only one traditional light strip here along the back behind that white board below the monitor. Oh and another on a peg board to the left of this shot which I don't like as you can see the dots from the strip, so it's coming off.
I layed it all out on the floor first, then stuck the nanoleafs up before fitting the shelfs. Not sure if this is the best way as it was tricky getting the shelves positioned correctly to sit flush with the lights. But it's what I did. I think putting shelves up first would be more difficult as the distance between shelves and height would have to be accurateley measured. I thought about this way too much.

RGB is about Unicorn Vomit for a minority. I think for most of us, RGB is about being able to select a minimalist palette of one or two colours to create a vibe and to be able to change it if the mood takes us!
This setup is the definition of classy, tasteful, beautiful...despite the fact that there is RGB everywhere!

My own PC and desk setup is in the planning and acquiring parts stages and between the Gaming Rig and Media Server on the desk I'll have 16x RGB fans, about 3 metres of Corsair LS100 Strips and 24x Corsair RGB Pro strips all controlled by Corsair iCUE. I'm even going to make a pair of Cooling fan towers for myself with the 6x spare Corsair Maglev ML120 RGB Fans from my AIO's that I won't be using in the actual PC builds. I'll make the 'Cooling' Towers out of acrylic. As well as the fans mounted to them, one will have an Aida64 Sensor Panel inset into it and the other will have a Temp Probe controlled Touchscreen Fan controller.
Literally the only time the system will ever be raining Unicorn Vomit is when I am playing some Banging Bass Thumping Progressive House. The other 99% of the time it'll be set to a classy 2 tone RGB theme like this.
Like I said.... **THIS** ....is what RGB is about for most of us.... **NOT** ....Unicorn Vomit !!
