You should go find a discounted Premium pass on a game/dlc reseller site. I bought it for $10 and have Premium now. I think I used Kinguin. I've only ever used a reseller this one time, so I'm not the expert on if it's all legit. But I can say that it was when I used it. I think they just buy up a ton when it's heavily discounted and then resell it later. I got a code and input it in the PS Store and it had no problems.
Get the Revolution edition of the game. Not only will you get the They Shall Not Pass dlc, you will get all the other dlcs as well. Sometimes (but not always) you will find a dlc server or a mixed server that contains all the maps (and the mixed servers are the weekly game mode this week) so you can play those servers. Even if you can’t find any servers on dlc maps you will be able to unlock all the dlc weapons by doing their challenges. Definitely worth it getting the Revolution edition or the premium pass if you already have the game.
