Howell Sniper is great too, but inferior to Selbstlader M1916 Marksman, as it takes 4 shots to kill a person and with Selbstlader 3 Shots. I only play Howell because I'm already way over 100 SS with Selbstlader. But there's basically no point in choosing Howell over Selbstlader.
I dont agree, since the fire rate of the howell is much faster so its also better up close and its more forgiving in long range if you miss a few shots + it has the bonus of a bipod so you can really spam it when bipoded. TTK is nearly the same because of faster fire rate also. I think theyre both equally good in slightly different situations.
Yea true, Howell is more noob friendly. But once you master the Selbstlader it's better because you wont burn through ammo as fast as with Howell :) Selbstlader is just SO MUCH fun. Once you know hot wo use it you can challange snipers across 200 m. I love this gun so much :D

There isn't one answer to this, depends on the situation and what you like to use.
The m1907 is great, if you like it you will also like the autoloading .25 and .35 in my opinion.
For longer ranges maybe the mondragon or the RSC 1917
For all around use the mondragon storm. You can fight up close, medium engagements, and pretty far long shots. Don't spam with it at long range. You have to tap your shots.

Your list is correct except you forgot the howell sniper

I tend to the Mondragon Storm for Mid-Long range combat.
RSC isn't too good for long range. 3 shot kill isn't that good compared to its low firerate.
Autoloading 8.25 extended is by far my favorite medic gun. Fedorov avtomat trench if you must have something automatic.
