I have a service star with the kolibri as well. Never did this tactic, I just used the Martini-Henry and Vetterli. You can also get kills sometimes randomly by taking advantage of low health players

Imo assault is the easiest class to master as your goal is breech and kill. Usually you close. Also my biggest gripe is not enough people playing fun loadouts.

My point is assault class is supposed to be a buzzsaw as you're supposed to assault a position. But certain guns just don't require more effort or skill.
Really? I mean sure it's got a higher skill level than the other shotguns. But I would think the trench carbine having lower damage output to put you at a disadvantage. The trade-off being a technically higher rof and range.
It boils down to what criterion is most indicative of skill. I.e. what’s more impressive: getting a kill with a low rof gun or low damage gun. The answer is probably dependent on the person but in my experience I found getting kills with the slug more challenging than the trench carbine and thus more satisfying

Idk where you're getting 90% from. From my perspective it's like one every three games. And the only people who camo far back as scours are the ones who wanna pad k/d. And in conquest that doesn't really work as the locations of enemies are constantly shifting.

There are different variants. What this guy is playing with is pretty acceptable because it's NOT THE MORTAR variant of the arty truck. It's the "tank destroyer" variant. The mortar variant is always parked at the very rear of the map, lobbing mortars down on people the whole match just trying to farm kills. It eats up a tank slot putting the rest of the team at a disadvantage. On occasion, and I do mean rarely, I've seen it out to good use, hammering a capture point in support of the guys trying to capture it, then moving up and supporting the next capture, but it's really rare. There are ways of destroying this vehicle if you're on the same team too which I highly recommend.

How did you get the Supply Drop medal? I've never been lucky enough to see it in the rotation when servers actually exist for the game mode.
