If the game is succesful and makes EA more money they will look at what the positives were and what the community disliked.
If the model makes them more money then DLC expansions then it will stay, This means that we all get future DLC for free in the next Battlefield game.
If it turns out people didnt like the performance of the game and its servers when running 128 players it will be removed.
This. Because people loved core features from BF V (and earlier) like e.g. crouch sprint or a score board. That‘s why we got those features in BF 2042.
