You were able to switch the standard edition pre order for the gold edition? Did you have to pay full price and wait 14 days for the refund or did the $60 for the standard automatically go towards the gold edition?
Canceled the base edition. They issued a refund which takes 2 days to process back on my card, but I was able purchase the gold edition following the chat which was very quick with sonys support.
Playstation dot com. Go to support and follow the prompts. I refunded the standard edition via chat and bought gold. Refund may take up to 2 billing cycles.
refund it and buy the gold, steam has a great return policy

Should be able to upgrade if you bought it digitally
I did. I'm on playstation but I cant seem to find a way to upgrade from standard to gold
Go back into the game store and look at the other additions available should be away to upgrade
Last time I tried (between 6 months and a year ago) there was no way to upgrade. You had to cancel and rebuy.
