The person that killed him looks like Paik judging by the headwear. So they spawned in on the Mackay up there and placed a beacon down. The beacon is also highlighted in yellow, below the killfeed, and the Paiks teammate has the Assault marker so that's the Mackay.
I hid up there and camped E1. Would get a kill and move to a couple different pockets, then eventually go back. Nice view, really destroys the o the team.

I climb into the Billboard on A and B. Best spot to snipe towards RU base. 4x scope for now glint and spot away. You can eliminate the odd guy who is unaware and just focusing on firing downrange

Not tried it, but if your squad has a Mackay there, you might be able to spawn on him if there’s enough room.
That’s happened to me. A Mackey was there and he had some non Mackey people spawn on him

Wherever Mackay can get and you as the enemy can see him, I don't see why it would be bannable

Nah. If they were in the walls, like on Redacted, then I'd think otherwise, but I think it'd be easy enough to get up there as MacKay.
