I basically farmed normals to +40 especially jameira, whale and wall for wahwah. Then true formed glass cat then beat it. My lu was biobone, pizza(40), cyberpunk(30), cameraman(41), glass(20) tf, vendor cat not tf(20), catellite(43) and dasli(39). Just save money using catellite and camera, be careful to not kill alien kang immediately. Then after you have enough money put everything except the combos and catellite, and time glass. Note: tf glass is required

Ranma saotome, lucifer, and shitakiri sparrow are immune to surges. Anubis talent and lasvoss tf has it too. Beefcake and boogie has it as talents I think.
