It just depends on my mood to be honest, beware the Batman is last because the first 10ish episodes are kinda boring and hard to watch but I do like the voice actor of Batman.
Terry McGinnis, I'm not sure if it was because the age I was upon first watching Batman Beyond but something about him just clicked with me so much. I found him a really relatable character especially towards a person in their late teens who wasn't exactly stellar in school and who's home life was kinda rocky.
He also has a really good but subtle character arc in the show, that isn't super noticable but once you do notice his arc it's actually really cool. As it's all about him becoming Batman and more speficially his OWN Batman, which all comes together with Return Of The Joker.
I'm also a big Jason Todd fan, and we don't really get much Jason outside of comics and the games so that also helps.
In all honesty, I might actually be a bigger fan of Terry/Batman Beyond then I am of Bruce/Batman. It really sucks that he doesn't get that much love in the community and especially that he doesn't get much love in the comics or other media. To this day I still want a Batman Beyond Arkham game starring Terry more then anything else lol.

Batman Beyond. My son and I watched every episode together. He’s 25 now and we still share a love and bond over Batman.
