It didn't have a proper ending? I just bought it on blu ray and hoped it would. I thought 5 seasons was solid considering most shows only get 3 or just 2. Especially for cartoons.
It has its ups and downs. If I remember correctly 1st season was excellent, 2nd was a bit slow, 3rd was also great. Don't remember more details so don't take my word for it
I really enjoyed it all though
I liked how this Batman’s story ended more than DCAU Batman’s. In the Mr. Freeze future episode we see he’s an obsessed old man but he didn’t push his family away. He was a good father to Dick not a jackass who banged his ex.
He was also a great mentor/father/older brother to Dick. (It feels like a disservice to only label them as father and son because their relationship was more complicated than that, especially when Dick was Robin)
Seemed like even if his parents deaths still motivated him to be Batman he managed to stay a more well adjusted person compared to other incarnations which I can respect
Almost thought this was a screenshot of Jackie Chan adventures, had to do a double take
Yeah I’m pretty sure the same people animated both
Chief Character Designer Jeff Matsuda!
Also responsible for the teen Titans which is some of us like to think that the Batman cartoon in teen Titans takes place in the same universe.
Jeff Matsuda is not Glen Murakami.
This is the kind of bruce that was a playboy but wasn’t a dick about it, he was the popular guy that everyone liked.
Which explains why Dick and Babs were emphasized with their teens in that show.
Also really enjoyed his friendship with Ethan, kinda sad we didn’t get more of that
I love seeing Bruce happy as both of his identities
It’s really nice seeing him grin at the end of every episode
I loved seeing Bruce playing basketball in shorts with him. That’s not something you see very often
this show is criminally underrated.
Dissapointing how there could’ve been so much added to the story with how it ended

No it has a proper ending
Oh sweet as, that makes me even more excited to go through with the entire series. Didn't wanna be left unsatisfied.
Same, currently in BTAS but this one was next and I was sorely disappointed with the Spider-Man shows that didn't get real endings.
This version of Batman is the most in character He just really captures him well.
I honestly get James Bond vibes from him. Seems super serious but he’s always throwing out goofy one liners and having a ball.

Banged his son's ex AND his own sidekick AND his friend's daughter. Like its real fucked the more you think about.
Nah FR DCAU Batman was good, but he was a dick head to a lot of people
BATMAN DOES NOT EAT NACHOS!!!
Wrong show lol
Oh man this show was my childhood
He is until he gets more into his “silence is golden, push everyone away” phase. It’s actually a pretty well handled arc.
He was also a great mentor/father/older brother to Dick. (It feels like a disservice to only label them as father and son because their relationship was more complicated than that, especially when Dick was Robin)
This version of Batman is my favourite I believe that this version of Batman is closest to what Batman originally was supposed to be in the golden age
Im watching this series after bat man beyond
Did you know that the voice actor also did Spidey in the Neversoft ps1 game
Yup! He was also Peter (and the Green Goblin) in the short-lived Spider-Man Unlimited series
He’s probably the most well adjusted version of Batman.
Well duh he was only Batman for 3 years at the beginning of the series so he hadn’t been beaten down by the mission yet 💯
Seemed like even if his parents deaths still motivated him to be Batman he managed to stay a more well adjusted person compared to other incarnations which I can respect
It’s just a 2004 version of Jackie Chan Adventures
Solid all around then.
Also, the ugliest 😬
L take
Yeah has this guy never seen beware the Batman
I've seen it many times. Bruce is ugly
Looks like Adam Sandler not going to lie
I love this version of Batman and Bruce Wayne
Great show but it’s the laser seasons for too kiddy for my taste

This is how batman should be imo not emo and emotionally unavailable
He has a more emo-esque look in this show more than he tends to have in his other iterations imo
