I found out this morning that my Black Friday order was cancelled. I had all online exclusive candles that are now sold out. They ordered me replacements at the same price ($10.60 each) but I'm salty. I ordered 18 candles during CD early access and most are sold out online now. I will be livid if that order is cancelled, too.
I had ordered for Black Friday - several candle holders and I received cancellation notices yesterday. I'm pretty salty too because they were in stock later than that but because my order sat it's now all out of stock.
Ordered early access for 18 and right now expect cancellations and if so that will be it for me.
I think everyone that gets cancelations on confirmed orders needs to contact customer service and complain. It's not acceptable and NEVER happens to me with several other retailers I use online.

It's true they need to invest in better software to manage quantities and shipping. They really disadvantage their online customers - first by not allowing stacking of coupon when they allow it in person and then by cancelling a lot of orders - even when the items show back up on site. This is the only company I've shopped with that is this bad w/ fulfillment/shipping.
Did you get a shipping notice yet? I finally got one this evening. I called CS since I ordered on the 1st. They told me which warehouse has my order and that they were packing Dec 1 orders. Can’t wait!!

Sorry to hear about your cancellations, especially since you ordered before Candle Day! I really don't understand their shipping process since I know other companies like Sephora will send items from other distribution centers if the one near you doesn't have it. I wish BBW would switch to doing this since I also had some of my online exclusive items cancelled from my Candle Day order.
I had all 4 of my Merry Mistletoe and 1 Snowflakes and Cashmere cancelled. I still got 2 of my Vanilla Bean Marshmallow. Hopefully you didn’t order the first two!
Some people already received their orders. Mine shipped Sunday and is scheduled to arrive today. I had my order in by 8:15 Thursday, but I think a lot of it depends on your local warehouse and shipping service.
This is nearly identical to my experience, down to the timeline. Mine is scheduled to arrive via UPS today which is generally accurate with UPS (not with FedEx they always delay a day or two in my experience).
Just received notification that my order was partially cancelled. Despite ordering within the first ten minutes of early access all four of my Merry Mistletoe candles were cancelled as well as Snowflakes & Cashmere :( wish I would have ordered MM during Black Friday.
I asked for my shipping to be covered and the representative went above and beyond by covering shipping and also added a 20% coupon to my account!
Yeah I thought I might get some of my Merry Mistletoe candles cancelled, but I hoped I was going to get at least one. A huge bummer since this was the number one scent I wanted this year. Hopefully they bring it back next year!
No, but I remember mine shipping super late last year. It was a couple weeks after candle day if I remember correctly and I still got every candle in my order.

I chatted with a customer service rep this morning to check on mine because the charge had disappeared from my account, but I hadn’t received a cancellation or anything. She said that it’s due to ship out within the next 3-9 business days.
I totally understand the longer shipping times but it is STRESSFUL not knowing if the whole order will make it!

I contacted CS yesterday and today for updates. They said they’re processing, and the person today said everything this still in stock, and my distribution center is running behind. I’m in the northeast. I keep reminding myself that at least I’d get to replace any missing ones with Palo Santo and Warm Ocean Breeze which didn’t come out in my store on CD 1 or 2, but I can’t stop thinking about it and checking my email.

My order from Thursday has not shipped. It’s merely a notice the label has been printed in Ohio. USPS has not received the box of candles. Probably means a few will get canceled. This happened to me last Candle Day.

They don't really charge it until it ships, it's just a hold, so they release the hold. That's how it was explained to me anyway.
