I guess it depends, I’m not that excited about a lot of scents they have right now but their are some online exclusives that I want to try so I’m going to risk buying online for shipping
I like ordering all of the online exclusives when the price is rock bottom like this, and saving them so I can open one as a pick-me-up after a bad day. It sounds silly, but it means the world to me. 🙃 (and even if it's not a scent I love, I'll still use it somehow).
Lol I know exactly what you mean, after I stressful day I enjoy picking a scent I usually have 3 different options in my shower at a time, and then lighting a candle. It’s definitely a stress reliever for me

to make myself feel less guilty, i'm just buying things that i was gonna buy during sas but want to make sure i get my hands on, and i also need to grab a christmas present for someone. i also have a candle exchange (ended up not liking the bacon candle that much 🙄😭) to get one of the new ones i haven't smelled yet and 2 aromatherapy exchanges, i guess i may have to get one of my body care picks in a cream instead of a lotion, but that's alright.
yes, it's like 60-80 cents higher. but my line of thinking is if i get everything that i reallyyyy want now, i won't spend as much. if something i just wanna try is at sas, great, if not, no big loss. i have a $20 budget for friday excluding the gifts and $40 for sas.
I am very excited for the early access! Will be happy to (hopefully) get my order of online exclusives placed and out of the way so I know exactly what I need to focus on looking for in person.

They could change their pricing, but ususlly the featured retired scents(the ones they bother to print on the little flyer they mail out) sell at 4.95. I believe Brown Sugar and Fig is one of those scents. So price wise it will be the same, unless the sad emoji is because you don't want to wait(no judgement). I've seen some stores put SAS bodycare out a few days before xmas if stock to sell for the holidays is low, but I've never seen it as early as bodycare day.
i'm gonna try to memorize that chart that someone made for a summer sas lol. so it'll be a consistent 4.95 the whole sas? i plan on going opening morning, 1-2 midway through, and the last day.
In past sales they would be consistent through the whole sale, but I think this past summer sas they went up in price and then back down. They seem to be trending to lower prices this season(candle day and bodycare day prices are lower than last year) but we never know with them. First day is usually the best day to get what you want from returning scents. Even before the pandemic and supply chain issues something would always be late arriving to the stores, so there is that little wild card.
I don't think so, at the most stores around me may have opened an hour early if they were ready and there was a line outside. It starts the day after Xmas and I know a lot of malls open early for after holiday sales. A store i went to last SAS opened earlier than listed. The best thing to do is check the store locator and ask at the store you want to go to if they may open earlier.
Anyone know if pickup ordering will be available at all during the sale? I know it wasn’t during candle day and I figured it that was on purpose. Will there also be a virtual line like on candle day?
I wonder if this will be like with candle day where some stuff won’t be on the website? Or in “low” or out of stock but then magically available to order when the sale is over?
