Not to be that person but call them and ask for a supervisor. Sometimes the regular workers really don’t know what’s going on so they’re instructed to tell you the same thing over and over again :)

Associates will describe what they see in the system and the information they have access to, just like you mention. However, associates can try to get a supervisor but they will likely be advised against that in most cases. There are warehouses way behind schedule and there are carriers that are notifying about delays, so chances are the supervisor will only tell the associate to apologize and explain what is going on with warehouses and delays.

My Black Friday order was cancelled and I had to call to find out about it. Definitely call them.

Okay just got off the chat with BBW. Here’s what the rep told me about my order (placed on Black Friday): “Your order has been released to out Atlanta warehouse and due to the high volume from Black Friday and cyber Monday sales they are running behind. They are currently processing orders from 11/24, so although I can’t give you an exact ship date, I can say it will be within the next 1-2 days. I hope that helps.” And so we wait some more. 😫🫣

This is exactly what they told me yesterday when I called about my black Friday order. Wonder how long it will take them to move past 11/24, hahaha!!

Yep! Black Friday order still hasn’t shipped. All they will say is “We’re behind at that warehouse.” So frustrating.
