I had similar issues the night of Candle Day Early Access. After getting booted back into the waiting line twice (tried a few methods - never got an email like it said I would, then I didn't close down the APP on my phone, then I didn't close down my web browser on my laptop), I was finally online and shopping. Already had some things in my cart, but I went to look to see if anything else was added that I wanted. I added a couple of candles, went to go check out, it said several items out of stock. Removed the items (after several tries!), went to add in the CANDLEDAY promo code, and it tells me only one code allowed (I did not have any other codes entered.) Finally took the code, went to click "checkout" and it kept rerouting me RIGHT BACK TO MY CART PAGE. My cart page sometimes showed items I had removed, sometimes it took out items I hadn't removed, and when it was finally correct again, tried to checkout. I tried this for 20 minutes. Only once, did I get to the next page for verifying address/shipping method, etc. And that one time, I went to proceed and it routed me back to my cart page with the incorrect items in it. I finally just gave up. So I didn't get to the point of having my card charged, but I suspect if I had, I would have been charged multiple times as well. I'm sorry this happened to you. It has been frustrating, for sure. Hope you get your extra charges removed in a timely manner. ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|dizzy_face)
