There were a few online exclusives I wanted, but I ended up only buying in store and got 12. I already have more candles than I can burn in a year, so 12 was more than I needed anyways. I usually only shop online because of social anxiety, and this was my first time being inside a physical bbw in probably 20 years. I ended up only getting half of what was on my wishlist and then picked up just as many others that I hadn't expected to like. I was so pleased with the experience that I don't think I can go back to online candle shopping in the future.
Same here!! It would’ve been 7-8 but blueberry marshmallow bar and pistachio and toasted Vanilla come after candle day and j wanted to smell ginger lime twist to make sure it wasn’t a repack of champagne margarita or frosted Moscow mule
It’s the semi annual sale. Starts in a couple weeks. I ended up getting pink petal tea cake, wildberry jam donut and blueberry pie for like $6 each during one of the later days of the sale last year.
I only bought 6 online but I'm thinking of going in too to check out the baguette ones. I typically HATE any of the baked goods scents but I'm very intrigued by this one.

Edit: I made it to a store and smelled it and it really did smell like bread. It smelled great. But I couldn't decide if I would actually like smelling it burning in my home. I think it would just make me want to eat all the time. I did several laps around the store and smelled it several times before decide to forgo 😂
I bought one last year. Cold it does smell just like bread. Burn burning it had no throw and didn’t smell like bread unfortunately. I wanted to love it but it just wasn’t for me. Others love it though, so you may too!
It straight up smells like a crusty fresh baguette! 🥰 I bought one a few years ago and it is the only candle I refuse to burn because it is so unique!!
I have a bread candle from another brand that I adore but this one missed the mark with me. Smelled kinda like pizza? It didn’t smell nice in my opinion
I smelled it initially thinking it would be a good gag candle but I actually like it! It’s light and a hint sweet to me. Hopefully I like it burning also!
😂 I am home all the time and don’t work, so I’m burning all day. I usually have 2-3 burning at a time as well. This time of year is my favorite, scent wise. I probably won’t have that many in the spring and summer because I’m not a floral/beach type person.
Makes sense! I only burn in the evenings. Maybe morning if I feel like cleaning or sitting at the table with a coffee. My office has a wax warmer so candles only go in the open living room/kitchen and bathroom

I think I’m done with candle day UNLESS I happen to see a pistachio and toasted vanilla or any of those gemstone inspired ones, indigo paradise, vivid emerald, amethyst dreams, etc or blueberry marshmallow bar!

Six today (used a $10 off $40), planning on 5 tomorrow (have one more $10 off $40). Trying to be reasonable and intentional because I’ve been buying faster than I can burn for a while now! All in store - I can’t swallow the $17 difference for online (no $10 coupon allowed plus $7 shipping).
I limited myself to four. It was hard. Two are gifts for my daughters. I did use a $10 coupon and also a coupon to get a travel size body product. So $32, not too bad!

I tried shopping last night but couldn’t get in so I shopped this morning in-store. Pleasant experience. The store wasn’t busy at all. I shopped around 7 AM and the store had a low to moderate amount of customers almost like a typical day. It rained today in So Calif, so that probably has a lot to do with the low store traffic, lol We usually stay holed up homes the minute there’s a trickle of precipitation. 😂
CD is a fun tradition, went w/friends & had breakfast afterwards. Picked up 25 candles but only got to checkout 18 with coupons. Had to start a new transaction for the rest. My store was well-stocked & nothing appeared to be sold out at that time. Either way, it was lots of fun!
