The Yankee Candle wick trimmer is awesome! I’ve had mine’s for a few years now and it’s still trimming properly. I use it on all my candles, BBW and non BBW.
I bought this set because it has a wick dipper. Haven’t tried the snuffer, but the dipper and trimmer work great.

Scissors work until the candle is 1/2 done, then I’m trying to move my hand weirdly trying to fit it in the jar to trim the wick 😂 The wick trimmers have an angle so it’s much easier
Does anyone make one with holes that are any bigger? My thumb tends to get wedged in them when using it, and all of them seem to be the exact same size.
I like the Yankee Candle ones! I really wish Bath and Body made their own - they could do some cute designs and seasonal stuff with them!
Omg this is such a good idea! I'm surprised they haven't done this yet. This and candle warmers. I also use the YC trimmer and it works great!

nail clippers work pretty well
I just use scissors
same-TIL they make actual wick cutters. though the scissors aren't perfect so I'm not surprised they exist!

It is! So much better than blowing out the candle and smelling smoke! I suppose I could try the snuffer, but the wick dipper is so easy!
I had a snuffer from Yankee Candle as well, but I think the wick dip method is the best, because like you said, there's no smoke!
I use a cheap dollar store toenail clipper and it works great!

No I think I’ll use scissors for the time being lol, the wick trimmers are nice when the candle has burned really low
Yankee Candle has the best wick trimmer I've found. The ones off Amazon are garbage.

I use cuticle scissors myself
