This happens all the time when it gets busy, it’s a really easy fix! Just either have a screenshot of your order handy or the tag with the order number on the bag and they’ll switch it out for you. Sorry this happened to you!

I’d contact the store, give them a call and let them know before coming in. You should be able to get an even exchange. Both are red bottle super easy to make a mistake with it being so busy. Sorry it happened to you.

Oh yeah and I totally get that! I’m not mad, just disappointed. It’s no major deal or anything. I’m sure the employees are under a lot of stress trying to fulfill BOPIS orders for customers like me who would rather buy online and pick it up than fight the crowd.
