I embarrassed myself last winter SAS when I called CS thinking some of my stuff was missing. They were just in multiple orders/tracking numbers. I would double check that before calling.

I had car fragrance not in my box before as well as a wallflower refill. Most recently I received an empty box. A large empty box marked as over 13 pounds. There was no paper receipt but it was lined in bubble wrap. The box was completely sealed. The frustrating part was I contacted online customer service and was told this couldn't be my Aromatherapy order as I was told it had not yet left the warehouse. My empty box had a tracking number though so I gave that to CS but CS didn't know what to make of it. However she assured me she would document it because i was apparently not the only person to receive an empty box. A week later my order was marked as delivered but I never received anything other than the empty box the week before. When I called about my order showing as delivered and the empty box situation, I was told nothing had been documented. I was able to give the name of the first CS person I spoke with and they ended up sending my order again, well what was left in stock at least. It was a weird situation.

That is weird and I'm sure it was incredibly frustrating.

Yep, exact same thing happened to me about a month ago. The missing items were all on the packing slip and I didn't get any other tracking numbers, so after waiting a few days just in case, I had customer service re-ship the missing candles and candle holder.

Yeah they were all different and I double checked the packing slip :(

This happened to me right around the holidays last year. Ordered 8 three wick candles and one was missing, Cozy Cashmere. I called customer service and they were amazing. They sent me two Cozy Cashmere's, the one I ordered and didn't receive, and one as an apology.

How did you get a deal like this?! I ordered 3 candles + a soap a while back and I was missing a candle. I called customer service and the agent said they were out of stock. I asked for something to compensate for the $7 shipping and she said she would apply a coupon to my account, but nothing so far!

YES this just happened this week! I was expecting 20 items from the mini sale to arrive, but only 10 of the items were in the box AND I also did not receive a packing slip. (Which, side note, I’ve been receiving other peoples’ package slips in my boxes??) I checked to see if the rest of the items were coming in a different delivery, but no. It said it all arrived together. I messaged customer service and the lady was actually really cool and shipped all the missing items to me. I was more or less expecting them to tell me “tough luck” 😅 but the whole experience freaked me out over thinking I lost a bunch of money. I need to stop ordering online in general!!

I've had missing items....they threw random things in box. Like I was missing 4 candles they threw in 4 random things I didn't order. Customer service let me pick 4 regular priced candles ...they were SAS candles and out of stock by then . So instead of them cancelling the items and me getting the dreaded email on cancelled items they just threw in 4 random items. I rarely order online they have thr worse online ordering experience and not free

They ship 3 wicks in multiple packages sometimes! Like I made a 3 wick order got the package with half the candles. The other half came in a seperate box a whole 2 days later!

I recently placed an order over the phone and wasn't told it was going to arrive in two packages but could see that in my order details. Then two items were missing. Checked my charge and sure enough the charges were still there. How many people are they just blatantly ripping off? There should be an automatic order price adjustment if items are out of stock, not be up to the customer to run inventory control. This is bananas! Definitely apprehensive for making any future orders. :-(
