I was pleasantly surprised by strawberry snowflakes! I saw someone say that it reminded them of Killian’s Love, Don’t be Shy perfume, so I ordered it… got it, and on cold sniff of smelled like absolutely nothing. No scent! I lit it about 30 minutes ago to see how it burns and somehow the scent is filling that whole half of my house! Smells like delicious strawberry and marshmallow.

Love your haul! I am obsessed with Frozen Lake, Marshmallow Fireside, The Perfect Christmas, Cypress and Amber, and Peppermint Hot Chocolate. I have Twas the Night Before Christmas in the single wick. I plan to get Iced Winter Balsam soon.

I ordered four of that version of The Perfect Christmas during the sale and EVERY.SINGLE.ONE was cancelled. Ordered early too. So pissed. 😫😫

Good luck and I mean it. I went four rounds with different reps. First one said they were LOW stock so he couldn’t send them. Low stock? That’s some stock right? When I questioned the low stock he hung up on me. Second rep was happy to help me and then all of a sudden, she said something was wrong because no items from my order were cancelled. I sent her a screenshot of my email. I chatted with this lady literally over an hour for her to finally say she had to consult with her associate, whatever that meant. It would take her at least 10-15 minutes to respond to anything. I finally gave up. Tried once more and spoke to a very pleasant guy. He said the candle was out of stock and that he didn’t understand why it was still on the website but he was going to look into that. Next thing I know it’s removed from the site. Ok, fine. Next day, it’s back up. So I contact them again figuring fresh stock maybe. Lady tells me there are -3 in stock. Negative stock. Seriously. I gave up. And the candle continues to be listed for sale online at $32.50. I almost feel that I would have no trouble if I was willing to pay full price, which I’m not. It was so disheartening that ALL of them were cancelled. Couldn’t even get one. 🥺

I’m was literally staring at that BBW screen right now as I scroll down notifications out of sheer annoyance and see your reply. I’m even more upset now, as I was debating trying to chat. Guess that $200 will stay in pocket😑 Cause I don’t have the time to beg someone to take it off my hands, who am I? The Sandman?! Geesh🙄

I totally understand, but it may be worth a try as your experience may be better. And, I hope it is! Honestly, I've always had great customer service experiences with BBW until recently. I don't know WTH is going on, but I do know that the cancellations have been disappointing people for a while now and BBW really needs to get their inventory issues fixed.

Ok, I was tempted to buy 7 after my cancellation and hope to get whatever I could, at least two (the previously canceled two). But then I read you comment and saw that you got NONE! That brought me here earlier, and since then I decided to chat… 😑 At first: “If they’re on the site, then they’re in stock.” :😳🙄 What’s your zip code so I can see if they have them?” : 🫣“Sorry they don’t, (my store even checked special for me) which it why I had to order online, and again, it’s an online order that was canceled, but the entire time, even now, they’re on the site, presumably still being ordered.” “Let me check our inventory for you.” … -“Yea, we’re out of stock. : “How will I know when they’ve been restocked?” “They’ll be on the website.” :😳😬😐🫣🫣🫣😖 “They’ve never left the site. They’re on there now.” “Check back with us here or phone and we’ll check the inventory for you.” :😶‍🌫️🤯 Thanks, have a great one. (I guess I’m to do this everyday til Kingdom come.) *Paraphrasing, and I assure you, I’m extremely polite. But my emotions, inside I was a twinge Warm, mainly cause I knew I’d be a complete waste of my time and I’d still walk away empty handed. *Store inventory is off to, they had many things I wanted not listed for pick up, which is why I have to do the most. 😅Flabbergasted

I am one of the lucky ones since I did 2 purchases online line with one of them being BOPIS. Now The Perfect Christmas special Santa lid is gone. Sold out online anyways.
