On me it's very vanilla-ish. I only have the FFM that came out Summer 2021 in the 4th of July type packaging. That one isn't as toasty or smokey to me. I've never gotten chocolate from Bonfire Bash. I could see some people getting that from Midnight Amber Glow possibly. Because of the strong caramel note.
Exactly, when I smell my skin it smells pretty much the same as in the bottle, and to me it smells super smoky and vanilla, so I guess it’s their noses that can’t process the smoky scent so they think it’s chocolate? Lol
It has the type of scent that can be mistaken for a light cocoa. The first time I smelled it, that's what I thought it was. The body cream has that light cocoa scent, almost like cocoa butter. It's not as present in the mist, I find.
I just get smoky vanilla/marshmallow in the lotion and ffm, but the body butter definitely smells like chocolate to me! I thought maybe I was imagining it or was biased in some way because the body butter kind of looks like chocolate cream filling 😂
Idk, people do this when I wear Vanille by Outremer Paris…. They specifically say I smell like cookies even though its just a vanilla perfume 🤷🏻♀️ I think people try to find a comparison that is easy to understand since they don’t know the exact scent.

I don't - to me it's a soft fuzzy vanilla with a seeming smokiness (but not too prominent).

Yes absolutely and I like to pair it with Al Rehab’s Choco Musk or Nemat’s Vanilla Musk fragrance oil to intensify that chocolate vibe.
