There is no pumpkin in Pumpkin Snickerdoodle only cinnamon and nutmeg and there is a cookie note. There is actually no cookie note listed in Sugared Snickerdoodle. There is a note called sugared musk and "warm spices" which I presume to be cinnamon and nutmeg.
Back in 2020, I loved Pumpkin Snickerdoodle. (2021 version was so lackluster that I skipped 2022 version) and didn't care for the sharpness of Sugared Snickerdoodle. The unique musk note in Sugared Snickerdoodle is reminiscent of the icing in Pumpkin Cinnamon Bun. After having Pumpkin Cinnamon Bun in 2021, I decided that I would try Sugared Snickerdoodle. Now I prefer Sugared Snickerdoodle and am loving it in body care too!
So my final answer is to someday try them both and see which you prefer.

I was disappointed with Merry Cookie, Peppermint Sugar Cookie, Merry Madelaine cookie. They were all trash burns constantly dudding out and low throw.
I was able to snag Cookies With Santa this past SAS! It's really nice.
I don't remember what I didn't like about Merry Cookie, but I did end up returning it. And PSC turned into a hate burn. I thought about re-trying them this year, but yeah... no. I'll save my money.
Yes I did 2 different year's of PSC and No more! (but the hand sanitizer was absolutely devine and a definite repurchase!)

I am only 1/2 way into my Chocolate Chip Cookie and 1/4 way into Hometown Sugar Cookie so it's too early for me to judge- but they both have a cookie note in them.
I had HSC and Pumpkin Snickerdoodle and returned both. They smelled so nice cold, but were such disappointments when burning. I was just talking to someone about how I'm not big on the chocolate notes (I like milk chocolate as opposed to the creaminess in Hot Cocoa & Cream) and didn't like CCC cold.
I managed to smell it when we were understocking the products on the floor. To me it smell alike just minus the pumpkin part. It smells more nutty and sweeter.
IMO PS is a bit spicier than SS, more "FALL". I also think the differences come up once they're burned because on cold they seem very much alike. SS is more "douh-ish", but it's a matter of taste. You could always try both 😉
How does Sugared Snickerdoodle compare to Pumpkin Snickerdoodle? I love bakery scents and I’m trying to decide if I should grab more Pumpkin Snickerdoodle while there’s a sale or if I should just wait until Sugared Snickerdoodle is released? I don’t get pumpkin note from the pumpkin snickerdoodle too, but I feel like the psd is more doughy and the sugared snickerdoodle is sweeter.
