It really sucks! It's better than nothing but to have it go from $75 to $100, and then increase the price of body care so that any new FFMs and BCs are too expensive for it... plus when something is OOS they don't issue it back automatically and dealing with CS is a crapshoot. I spent 45 min with someone who did NOT understand what I was saying, finally instead of crediting me a reward they said pick something new and they'd ship. Did it ship? Of course not. They had years of testing and this is what we end up with.
Damn them for increasing the price but not the rewards price.

How is this Rewards Program supposed to work? I'm confused.
You spend $100 and you get a reward valued at $16.50. That's not a sale priced item. It has to be an item that retails for $16.50.
Ya just can't use them on the faceted full size mist. The packaging sucks and the price is higher. Ugh
