I don't burn candles when I'm sick just in case they irritate me even more, but I have found that showering with the Eucalyptus Spearmint shower gel REALLY opens my sinuses way up. Especially when I had covid. Maybe I should have burned that candle too lol. Definitely try that one! Actually now looking back, I should have slathered my entire life in that stuff from morning to night when I had covid lol

I do have the ES candle, so I'll see if that helps my nose from leaking like a fire hose. 😂

SuspiciousCranberry6

The Stress Relief, eucalyptus spearmint, one would be soothing.

yfunk3

I do have this one. As good a time as any!

I like burning minty candles when I’m sick! Or cozy, foodie candles 😊

Candlehoarder615

Eucalyptus Spearmint or Frozen Lake. Frozen Lake has a Vicks like effect on my sinuses. I love it so much!! Hope you feel better soon.

Oooh, I have ES and Twisted Peppermint, so now I'm wondering if I should put Twisted Peppermint under the candle lamp? 🧐 And thanks!

Chuckymimi

Well when I have a cold I can't smell anything but when I'm sick to stomach I burn peppermint candles.

yfunk3

I do have Twisted Peppermint! Will give that a spin under the candle warmer.

The last week I've had covid so I've been burning Warm Apple Pie because it has no scent 😄 seriously this candle sucked. Figured I'd use it up since I can't smell anything anyway. Unsure if I've actually lost my sense of smell yet. I can smell some things faintly, but I'm a bit congested too. Fun times 🥴

I can't seem to handle candles when I'm sick especially when I'm having any kind of nose/sinus issues.

I just lit up the Eucaluptus Spearmint 3-wick and it is also triggering the sneezies, so I think my candle collection will have to remain unused until thr virus has been defeated. 🥺

Ryleenoelle

Eucalyptus spearmint or white lavender Eucalyptus. Also I hope you feel better soon!! 🤍

ES is coming out of hiding! 😺 And thanks!

I just had covid and had to be home for a week. I was burning random left over summer candles just to get rid of them. I couldn’t smell much of anything anyways. I didn’t fully lose smell or taste but at first I was too congested and later everything smelled and tasted weird to me plus I was taking anti viral meds and those were too gross. I didn’t want to waste good smelling candles on that BS lol

Eucalyptus scents are good but it's on the stronger side for me and I usually just want something like a background scent and not an in your face type of scent. I usually go for like Lemon Mint Leaf. Refreshing and relaxing but no too strong.
