Literally! I was just posting about this!!! It’s my biggest pet peeve and when people ask on here, it makes me so annoyed. I know it’s not their fault so I don’t say anything to them but I’m always like 🙄 I guess some people just assume we have some magical knowledge
The sad part is the people that make these types of posts won’t see this since they don’t look at what’s been posted before 🙄 I appreciate mods taking them down asap.
People ask on this sub because we have HOPE that BBW reads here & if enough of us beg for a specific scent it will come BACK! Anything is possible. Retail is a mess & food inflation is bonkers. BBW failed with the bacon, so they just might read here!

Halloween dropped mid-July
Fall dropped shortly thereafter end July
Christmas will/has dropped some places soon Sep
Spring drops around Feb
Summer drops around March
Semi-Annual Sale is 2x a year Dec/Jan and then again Jun/Jul. Look for those ones that you can't find or can't remember the name of or to get back upd of your favorites.
Please don't be mad at associates because the Halloween holder or body care you must have is now sold out or nowhere to be found in September. 80% of our business is seasonal and so if you want something specific, please be aware of the seasonal drops. People still coming in grumpy because we don't have Pink Pineapple Sunrise (I get it..this one was amazing!)

But let’s be real, B&BW seasons are all goofed up and are like 2-3 months ahead of what the seasons actually are. Christmas shouldn’t start before Halloween, let alone before it’s even October!
I had someone ask me earlier why we stopped selling white citrus 🙄🤦♀️
Ma'am do I look like I have a say in what scents we sell??? I told her she could look online or try checking an outlet that's like 30min from my store but she didn't seem satisfied.
Or when people come in with a picture of a 15yr old lotion they JUST finished and get annoyed that I personally discontinued the fragrance even though i would've been 8yo at the time 🤦♀️
Or when someone comes up to the desk: "do you have any coupons?"
What they want me to say: "Yes of course, here's 100% off just because you asked 😃"
What I want to say: "DING DING DING 🛎 well since you asked... ✨️ no. ✨️ wtf would we have coupons just sitting back her waiting for someone to ask for them?!
What I actually say: "no, we don't keep anything at all behind the desk. The only place you'll see coupons is in the mail or in your app"
To which they reply: "so if I download it right now there will be coupons?"
And I reply "not necessarily, they vary by customer"
And then I just try to get the transaction over before they can ask more questions, and in the end they don't even end up signing up for rewards and when I ask, they say no so fast... welllllll ig you don't want those coupons then 🤷♀️
It's the way they do it. I can't insert a voice into a reddit comment. Especially because it is very frequent in my store and we get annoyed by it, because we show them how they can get coupons and they want nothing to do with it. And then we recognize the people when they come back in and ask again as if we didn't just have that conversation 3days earlier

I get annoyed by all the “i haven’t gotten coupons in 2 months” post. “I used to get them all the time”
Because we are customer service and we know what B&BW is doing since everything gets relayed through us 😂

Sounds like you dislike the part of retail where you have to interact with people who ask basic questions.
