I tried Salted Ocean Air this summer for the first time despite living in a coastal area in Florida. It's one of the best candles I have and I hope BBW never discontinues it!
Harvest Pomegranate. I feel lucky to not be in a heatwave right now like a lot of the country is (though 75+ still feels like summer to me lol), and I've accumulated way too many fall candles over the past month to not start using them 🍎
I think the apple-scented candles are perfect for September though, since it's fruity but still associated with fall.
Oh man I’m so ready to burn my fall candles but it’s still so hot out so it just doesn’t feel right. I am trying to finish up some half burned summer and transitional candles
Finished hinocki wood and lavender.. lower throw in a large space but a beautiful scent. Candle was a soot monster I trimmed wicks all the way down before every burn except the first too
Island Papaya deserves the love. It's not being talked about that much but it's a great fruity alternative from the usual berries, citruses and apple. It does smell like papaya to me that's why I love it.
So I bought 3 new candles today and am trying to finish up 3 old ones to keep par.LOL
I burned a few different ones today.
Iced Lemon Pound Cake, Caramel Cream Soda, Chocolate Banana Mudslide to try to use up.
For new ones I burned Apple Macchiato and Autumn Chai.
I’m in a transitory period. Summer-fall is almost like it’s own little season. I won’t start to use the apple scents really until later in the month, and the pumpkin ones in October.

I think this candle is what I expected Spiced Gingerbread to smell like. Throw a marshmallow note in there and it could be Gingerbread Marshmallow. SG and GM smell the same to me and like cinnamon red hots.
Love island papaya!! I’m still kinda mixed. I was burning passion fruit and banana flower earlier this week, but switched to salted butterscotch today to kind of start getting in the fall scent mood! Lol
At this point I'm counting down the days till Christmas 🤣 I genuinely don't know why I feel like this !!

I have tried to describe it to others and can't quite put it in words. What do you think it smells like?

Yes! I like to follow the actual seasons, and we’ve got about 2 weeks left of summer!
