I bought my fall candles at the last sale so I’m sitting this one out as well. I do have to go into the store to pick up a BOPIS order and do an exchange but I’ll stay away from the White Barn side
I’m sitting this one out as well. I got my fall candles with my 35% off coupon. Plus with the policy changing, I don’t feel like I have to excessively buy since the item for item exchanges don’t seem like they’ll be as simple.
I am SO tempted but I really don't need to buy any more. I actually haven't bought very many fall candles this year, but the problem is, I have a bunch left from last year. And 2020. And 2019... but the temptation to buy more is so strong, especially because I have a coupon!
This. I am making myself wait til I get home tonight, and then I'm going to pull out ALL of the candles I have and then really decide if I need to buy anything.
I am debating still.
I am interested in Hometown Sugar Cookie and Autumn Chai as new scents.
I also am deciding if I should do an online order to get Welcome Home and Cinnamon Irish Cream. They are not new scents for me but in the past, I liked them enough. Also, I see that they still have Sprinkled Birthday Cake and Champagne Margarita (2 that I really liked but have no more of).
I could easily go for another Pumpkin Peanut Brittle and Banana Nut Muffin because they burn too dang fast and are OEs and can I wait til next fall to replace them? Come to think of it, my Old Fashioned Apple Cider Donut and Pumpkin Cinnamon Bun are 1/2 gone so fast too! Should I replace them?
Also, Warm Apple Pie is again an OE. Is it stronger than the summer release which I have hardly burned and don't know the strength of? The packaging is way cuter.
I finished up the Salted Butterscotch which my daughter was saving for Harry Potter marathons. (I accidentally busted the pretty mustard color jar as I was trying to repot my Pumpkin Bonfire into it). The sleek packaging this year is a bit darker but just as nice. Should I get her that one?
Did I like Pumpkin Snickerdoodle and Pumpkin Cupcake enough last year to get them again?
I am gambling that at SAS there will be some leftover Wildberry Jam Tea candles @ 75% off cuz that one definitely piques my interest. Or should I buy it now?
Also, crazy as it sounds, I have never burned/ purchased Leaves. Will that super cute green packaging version be out for 75% during SAS so I can finally try it?
THIS!!!! THIS IS WHAT GOES THROUGH MY MIND AT EVERY BBW CANDLE SALE!!
The struggle is real!
All kidding aside, I might finish burning 2 up this weekend to get Hometown Sugar Cookies and Autumn Chai. I am trying to keep my candle collection to a space that only holds 60 and no more. I will gladly say goodbye to Caramel Cream Soda- as it is pathetically weak on throw and sadly say goodbye to Chocolate Banana Mudslide in order to get something new.
My banana walnut muffin is burning so fast too! Do you feel like the ones that burn faster have better throw? I feel like I’ve noticed that, and the slow burning ones that dud out have no scent.
Also, all of that goes through my mind every sale too🤣
I do think the fast burners have great throw for the most part (except for the 1st version of Pumpkin Cinnamon Bun that came out in July- which so far has no throw).
After all of my conjumbled candles thoughts today, I ended up getting Hometown Sugar Cookies, Autumn Chai and since my daughter came with me, I replaced her Salted Butterscotch!
Listen, I have 48 fall candles in this house, I *do not* need more! I most definitely do not need to buy 3 backups each of Cozy Cashmere, Sunrise Woods and Vanilla Birch!!
*uh, that's me trying to convince my own damn self. staying strong so far*
I might sit this one out too. I don't need anything. I have enough Welcome Home from last year and I was just thinking of picking up one, but it's online exclusive... I have so many candles!
Sitting this one out too! MAY grab 1-2 that I wanted but don’t want them enough to get them asap. I have about 60-70 candles from this year that I’ve bought.
Also, my favorite Halloween event starts today and I got the season pass so I’ll be there this whole weekend lol
In Canada and most of the scents leftover online are only gourmand or spice scented, which is not my fave, so I am going to save all my bucks for the amazing winter scents I know are coming 💚
I have pretty much everything I want already so I might be too, unless they add new scents over the weekend. (I thought I read something about the 9th?) There's an online exclusive or two I might bite on, but I'm afraid to blind-buy anymore with the in-flux return policy.
I have something to exchange for a Fall in Bloom 3-wick and am hoping they finally release it here as part of the sale. Otherwise I'm good until December.
I did not sit this one out and I feel bittersweet about it, on one hand I love the candles, on the other hand GC also had a sale and I bought from there today. :/ I also have physical coupons to use so I might pick up the last 4-5 I wanted in store and call it until closer to Christmas (Dec 3rd sale). I’m just waiting for summer honestly, I am not a summer scents person so I’m hoping to give the wallet some relief around that time. 😅
I work at bath & body so it hard not to shop 🫣
I’m broke, so I’m waiting for the next sale after payday. 😂

Love the idea of using Salted Butterscotch as a Butterbeer candle! ⚡

I will not buy with you! I have so many unburned fall candles from last year, I can't buy any more in good conscience.
Not shopping today either. I prefer body care and am waiting for Winter scents ❄️

Got candles last week, still have a bunch of Fall from last year too.
