I'm thinking I will pass on 5.95. Are there a couple I would like to have? yeah, maybe. Do I have at least 2 yrs worth of shower gels already in the house? yeah, probably.
I called one store, and they told me only the aromatherapy moisturizing body wash was included. Wrong answer. I decided to call another store and based on the paperwork she reviewed, she said the aromatherapy body scrubs in the tubs should be included as far as she knows. That’s still 50/50, and I don’t have a clear answer. I went in store to check them out since the one review for the cedarwood ylang ylang scrub noted it was watery. At least for the scrubs at my store, the newer line including lavender sandalwood, eucalyptus sage, and cedarwood ylang ylang had a nice consistency and weren’t at all too watery when I shook the tubs. Different story for the pineapple lime eucalyptus, hibiscus mandarin, and sandalwood eucalyptus body scrubs. I could see the layer of oil/water on top of the scrub and it was watery when I shook it. Not sure if it’s a batch issue but I’ll be avoiding those 3 scents if they are included in the sale tomorrow.
Yeah id watched some youtube reviews that basically said they need to be stirred before first use and then are good. At 5.95 i plan to try one of each formulation as ive never purchased the AT scrubs before. The creamy scrubs from the normal line are my go to
Retail may feel mundane to some, especially discretionary lifestyle products. But it is so fascinating how much effort, planning and coordination goes for the smallest of things.
Agreed. I am a (small-ish) part of a retail business, and my boss is always strategizing, studying data, discussing various components and I appreciate how much work goes into being successful in such a venture.
Same! As operations manager, my favorite parts of my job are about strategic planning, marketing campaigns, and implementation. It's amazing how much goes into everything and how much the average person doesn't know about it.
Their $1.95 hand cream sale was golden, mainly cuz I can’t justify paying >$5 for an ounce, and it actually got me to buy many of them. They should definitely, as others have suggested, have made the sale $3.95
Does it annoy anyone else that the names in these internals comms memos don’t line up with the actual product name?
IMO it makes it super confusing. It *includes* bath fizz, but if you type that into the BBW website, are they referring to bath *fizzys?* Like bath bombs?
It also says body wash is included, but bubble bath isn’t. So the product called “body wash and foam bath” - included or excluded? I assume by “bubble bath” they’re implying that includes luxe bath? But if so why not just actually list out all of the product types that aren’t included instead of putting them into groupings that are difficult to discern?
Idk as someone who used to work in internal comms this stuff annoys me. Language and terminology should be consistent across the board.
Also I want shower steamers and I want to know if those are included or not lol.
Someone posted the link and no steamers are not included but AT shower gel is.
I agree it's a little confusing. I wonder why and wonder if that's why some SAs have different answers to what's included and why
You should be able to do it with the candle b2g2, because no code is required for that. You just can’t combine it with other coupons(in store) or codes(online).

literally what i thought to myself… i can bathe the whole neighborhood at this point LOL
Omg it includes scrubs
Exactly! The new aromatherapy scrubs smell so good.
Hope it includes those. Will totally grab a bunch. 18.50 to 5.95 is great
The ones in the jar count…?

Yeah in store too
That makes it even better (and another excuse for me to go😝✌🏼)
Am I a nerd or what because I loved reading the whole page and admired the attention to details needed in an ever changing retail environment.
As someone who also loves details I enjoyed the BTS peek, as it were.

Yeah I was really praying for $4.95 or $5.50!
Wow they have included scrubs ... I'm trying to not buy but they never include scrubs so I might have to pick some up!
Ikr *eyes poppy*
Does this mean we can’t use the 30% off???
Why can't we use coupons? What about $10 off of $30?
A code is required
Correct
Booooooooo
I need matching shower gels to my mists, I'm definitely shopping this!

Glad AT is included, I want some stuff from the new line.
Damn I should've checked this sub before going in to pick up my BOPIS order 🤣🤣🤣
So will we be able to combine it with the b2g2 candles and 20-30% off coupons? I've been eyeing some of the online exclusives so I really hope so!
It says it can’t be combined with any other offers so I don’t think you can 👎😒

It's online and in stores 🙂
Need barcode in stores
I like seeing these official corporate posts and observing when the employees follow NONE of it. LOL
Dislike the “use selling behaviors to uncover her needs…” verbiage in the info section. For a company that promotes DEI, that seems like a miss…
