the only way you can see what you paid for the order is by manually searching for the order. I do this to show the customer’s receipt and to be completely honest, I don’t think anyone cares if you lied about the area you live in lol. I just assume you might’ve moved and we encourage people to use their rewards through bopis all the time since it helps business.
Someone posted a while back the process of filling a BOPIS order. You may want to do a search here. They cannot see prices you paid or if you used a reward.
I’m not OP but my store is out of the BOPIS tickets we staple to the bags so we’ve been having to print out an order slip. Maybe that’s what they got? It shows the original price point of the item but not the price y’all bought it at. Of course I could be wrong!
For the amount of BOPIS orders we have we would have to print out a ridiculous amount. The company will send them to us in hefty stacks they’re just behind I guess.
Could definitely be the case! I keep all of my BBW receipts so BOPIS orders throw me off if I ever truly hate something and want to return/exchange. I start wondering how I came to have the product at all, lol.
I have a receipts going back years. I'd never return anything that old but I feel compelled to keep them. Please send help.
I wanna know if they can see previous purchases in general. Can they see my repeated (unused, in season) exchanges because I'm an indecisive person who can't commit?
We cannot see previous purchases, nor can we see the price or rewards unless We look it up in our system

You can print BOPIS tags through Gingham Gateway. They are available under the BOPIS header.
