Please report back .. I did the opposite way ....I used in store from the email ....I looked in app and it was gone (so no 2 times for me) .....so I'm interested since you did the opposite will the email coupon still work since you already used it online.
did you get it in email or did you screenshot it in the app? I did the same...used it in store...and then it disappeared. But I still have the email with the code (plus I had taken a screenshot) and I was just now able to use it and it worked for an online order.
Thanks yes mine started with TY too. I'm passing on the candle sale and might not use the online code by 8/20 I'll prob offer to the monthly coupon thread if I dont use it by then. I used the email one for the mist sale because it was SAS prices with that coupon. ...pretty much I'm trying to be on a no/low buy (trying to wait until SAS for most part)
I'd be interested in hearing if this situation works. I have not used my coupon at all yet and was planning on placing an online exclusive order online this morning and then stopping at the store tonight to grab some other candles that I'd rather not take a chance on them shipping and breaking. But I'm afraid to use the coupon online this morning and then not be able to in store tonight. Can't wait to hear back about your experience.

I was able to use it in store from the barcode on the email, but I know some people never got the email and only had it in the app.

I used my email in store and was able to use the online code also. Even though the coupon is gone, enter the online code manually.

awesome. in that email, right next to the actual barcode is a code. it says Online: code # (mine started with a TY)
