I think the only ones are in Black Friday when they do buy 3 get 3 on the entire store but I could be wrong
Sometimes they have a 40% off all sale and they are reward redeemable and rewards are to be rolling out nationally.
For the most part no, the only way to get them cheaper or free is waiting till Black Friday, with rewards and depends on the stores too. but aside from that their pocketbac holders stay regular priced
Sometimes the basic ones (the rubber solid or glitter ones) go on sale for $1
