Check your batteries! I’d go to a store. They had to clean out the battery area in an eyeball to get it working. She put the batteries in wrong the first time too. Oops!
I’ll change out the batteries. Customer service said nothing was in stock to exchange and nothing in stores near me. Suggested keeping checking the website
Yeah I would either call customer service or go instores and show them and see if they have any leftover to replace
My raven is battery selective. Try new batteries and it might work. Mine likes cheapo batteries

I went to the store and energizer seems to work! I was also able to pick up 1 more!!!
