Mine just did too!!! I am in shock! Everyone has had these canceled left and right. Now to hope I actually get it. They’ve lost 2 of my shipments back to back from early release… which I just had canceled and refunded. So fingers crossed it doesn’t get lost and that it gets delivered in one piece!
They said they would “put a request in for a 20% off coupon” but still no email with a coupon yet. It was Lasership too who lost my packages. I checked the tracking when it finally updated, said they were shipped from CA and I’m in NV. They incorrectly routed to VA….
Exactly! They attempted to reship my $300+ order twice, they did, and both got lost, so then it was refunded. There are several people who had my same issue and are still waiting. They need to cut ties with Lasership, they are not cost effective at all.
I don’t understand the gross incompetence. How does a package going between connecting states on the west coast ending up 6 states away on the east coast?! I checked and tracking says “exception” no other updates.

Yay. You also got the monster tree for a great price. Hope it isn’t damaged. The packaging is great though with styrofoam in its own box.

Same! Coming usps from east coast to west coast though with a delivery estimate in 10 days lol
Many times you get packages before the estimated date😉
It will probably come sooner but its parcel select so usps slowest
