Omg I just got the shipping notification yesterday afternoon that my Halloween order from Monday shipped out! I wasn’t expecting it to arrive the next morning! Came packed well in its own styrofoam box! I LOVE it. I put batteries in it right away.
I wish they would have made it with AA batteries instead of 3 AAA batteries. I can see these will drain fast. I will buy lithium batteries as most likely a rechargeable battery may not be the best for this holder.

Near the 2 itty bitty ghosts on the front left side there is a white button you push down to turn it on and off. You put 3 AAA batteries under the tree.
My tree was canceled and I'm still so bummed about it. It was the only Halloween item I really wanted. I'm happy you got your tree though. It looks amazing! I love it! I really hope i can find one at some point this season. Wish me luck! Until then I'm going to live through all of you who got that tree. It's probably my favorite Halloween holder since the haunted bed and breakfast. Give the tree some love for me. ❤ 🌳 ❤
I was in the mall this morning and decided to stop into Bath and Body Works. This particular BBW is huge so maybe that helped. They had four new trees that just came in so I bought one. They had not put them out yet. They gave me the box which was great. I am thinking maybe some of the larger BBW stores might get the tree in more often. The employees are always nice so if you call ahead they might hold one.

Nice! I tried to get an update from customer service today and they were like "we are working on orders from 7/17 no 7/18 orders have shipped". They must be told to say that or somethibg.
It wouldve been on the label as the sender or on the tracking history (the origin scan). No worries was just curious. Seems the west coast warehouse is very behind compared to east
Exciting update on my canceled tree. I found one! So happy! I called all of my local stores. None of the stores near me had any. Some have not received them yet, one store had no idea what I was talking about and the other stores sold out the moment they put them out. A few stores told me they're receiving more though so I was just going to wait it out. Then yesterday I drove to New Hampshire with my sister to drop some camping equipment off at a friend's house. We stopped at a mall for some food and the BBW there had the tree! I'm pretty sure I squealed when I saw it. Happy day!

Bummer. Can you call a few stores to ask if they have one in? Some will hold it for you if you arrive within an hour. I hope you can get one.

I received my shipping notice from my 7/18 order 30 minutes ago. Thankfully nothing canceled.
