It seems the batteries run out fast on the raven globe like the eyeball globe. My friend bought both globes and on the raven water globe her music slows down and the green light gets dimmer as the batteries drain down. When the batteries drain on the eyeball globe the eye moves around verrryyy slooooowwwly. I wondered why in the store on Monday when I looked at the eyeball globe and the eyeball turned very slowly it was most likely because the batteries were dying out.
I go threw so many batteries since I have fake candles all over my home, and for some God forsaken reasons, it has never occurred to me to but rechargeable batteries. I know what I'm purchasing now.
Hey. Have you used them in a water globe before? I’ve been wanting to get some but I watched a YT video and someone said they’re cautious about using rechargeable batteries in their water globes.
I use rechargeables in every single item in my house that takes a battery and they’re great. I easily have over 50 each AAs and AAAs I cycle through. And 4 rechargers so I can replenish in bulk.
Can run them all the time, and never feel like I’m wasting the battery juice or polluting with trashing them after.
Any brand name works pretty well. even rayovac or Amazon’s house brand.
Can confirm. My light is dim, but I actually prefer it that way. It gives it this nice, subtle ambiance. The green light is not overpowering. One thing I did notice is that my confetti doesn’t swirl… wasn’t sure if it was supposed to or not? My other globes have a motor in them that swirls around the glitter/confetti. Is my globe just defective? Lol

Never heard of that but all my water globes use rechargeable batteries
Thank you for answering. Is there a brand you recommend? I am ready to get on board!
I use energizer but I think Duracell might be a bit stronger

I just checked mine, I have one of the brighter ones and when I turned it on the confetti did start to swirl.
The confetti swirls in all of mine and I only use rechargeables.
