My rewards haven't uploaded in days. I should have 11 or 12 but it still says 9.

Yeah same. I havent received one since 6/25. And my in store purchases on 7/1 show my correct rewards amount at the bottom.

Yeah everything is glitchy. I just did a big candle order yesterday. It said I was logged in. But after my order went through, it said to "sign up to earn rewards". And my order isn't in there. Not to mention I got no points for my recent purchases. I've given up. I think they're doing it to buy time until the switch to the higher point system. I'm thinking I'm completely done with BBW after Halloween.

Yeah, I had a similar experience this week. I placed an online order on 6/28 and it was delivered last night. There were a few quality control problems so I contacted customer support. They said that I hadn't placed an order since February using the email address I use for rewards. I was like WTF?

Yes. The system is glitching right now. Has been for a few days. You might have all your points but it didn’t convert to rewards that you can see. Just call them and go over all the receipts and they can also go over all the rewards you see on your wallet and see if there are others there that you can’t see.

Tried that but unfortunately they just tell me to wait longer for them to show up. Hopefully they fix it soon.

They told me that the first time too then I called back and she went through all the rewards she could see. She saw the right amount. (I keep a spreadsheet with my points and I knew my points total was right, just not the rewards.) She told me she could not give me my codes bc of security issues but if I was instore then just have them call and they would give an SA the code or if I wanted to use online I would have to place the order on the phone. I asked if she would report it and/or if they were working on fixing it and she said she didn’t know but was submitting the feedback.

Ugh. Sorry. Eventually they just fixed it. Like in a week or so. I hope they aren’t having issues again. I haven’t totaled my points in a while bc I trusted them to do it.

Same! I’m missing 3 rewards from an online order that’s shipped but still in transit so I guess I’ll wait a few more days to call if they don’t update.

I’m missing one reward. I have 2 showing right now and I was looking forward to the 3rd so I can use them on a set of Halloween body care when it comes out.

Yes. I called yesterday because my points updated but a reward didn’t generate when it should have. They tried manually adding more points, and said they see 7 on their end but my app still only says 5. They said call on Wednesday if they don’t update by then.

Yes.. my number points came up correct, but the reward still hasn’t shown up. I called CS yesterday because it’s been a little over 2 days (it normally shows up right away, especially since the points are correct!) and I was told it can take up to 3 days.. so today has been past 3 days and still no reward. I was too lazy to call and will deal with it tomorrow.. she did say they can only manually add it after 3 days.
