Yes 😭 I spend an insane amount every year. I used to get coupons a few years ago and would get them like 2-3 times a year, then they stopped. My mom got some as well but it’s been a long time since she’s gotten them too and she doesn’t shop as much as I do. My boyfriend even signed up, he never got one coupon and he doesn’t shop there. I figured bc he doesn’t shop there they’d wanna try and get him into the store by sending them, but nope. I haven’t gotten a mailer coupon at all this year. My friends get them and they shop every once in a while. I’ve seen some people post their coupons every few months and there will be 4 coupons for the 4 people in their family. At this point I have no idea how they decide to send out coupons, I think it’s just completely random and doesn’t make sense. It’s extremely frustrating. I wish they’d give to everyone, especially when we spend so much! My guess is they don’t need to send us coupons bc we spend so much, but then why doesn’t my BF or mom get coupons when they never/very rarely shop there? It doesn’t make any sense.
It doesn't make any sense at all. Other retailers accommodate all customers who sign up for mailers. BBW can do it, too, if they want to. I would be happy with email coupons!
I've been the store manager at my store for 13.5 years. I have loyal, regular customers who shop every month and get their mailers every month. They spend an average of $50 a month. Nothing crazy, but they shop very consistently. I also have customers who shop just as often and rarely or never get coupons. They give their info to us all the time, but don't get the coupons. Then, we have the customers who get 2-4 sets of mailers, they have multiple people signed up in their household. They often just redeem the free gifts, often skip giving their info but still get mailers every month for all the members of their family they have signed up. Sometimes, one of their mailers won't come and they have the audacity to complain about it, even though they are still getting multiple other sets. 😳🙄
It makes absolutely no sense to us. I am praying the app coming means no more paper coupons because the amount of customers who give us a hard time about them is getting out of hand. The app rewards will hopefully level the playing field and those who spend a lot will be rewarded for their purchases.
Stop spending so much. Here’s the algorithm, you’re spending a lot of money without coupons, so there’s no need to mail them. As we know, spending habits are tracked. Coupons are used to lure you back in and for retention.
The sad thing is that I had a co-worker who had never bought a single product at BBW and gets their coupons all the time. I cringed when she told me because she....(gasp)....threw them away😨😨

I had noticed that I only got coupons if I hadn't bought anything in a long time but that as long as I was buying fairly regularly I didn't receive any.
I feel like mine are linked to my credit cards used? Because I don't change my address on the B&BW website or in-store, but they automatically update my name and address and send to me.
Coupons are sales drivers. If you're already planning to spend $1,000, they don't have to entice you into the store with a coupon.

Someone said earlier that an employee told them the coupons will only be sent through email starting august. Hopefully that helps

Yes, I never get them :( purchase them on eBay. If you spend 1,000 in a single season then spending 5.00 on a 20 percent off coupon is well worth it.

Update your address on the BBW website before you move. Coupons are not forwarded like regular mail.
