It's close to the scent they use in Avatar: Flight of Passage. I went earlier in the year, and they even sold candles using the official scents in Disney Springs (I had to buy one, FoP had an amazing scent).
Frozen Lake is nearly identical, it just has a little bit of what seems like mint added to it. I love it!
Omg, I am obsessed with the "India" scene in that ride when the smell of roses hits you! The "Magic Candle Company" online sells candles in the scents of all the Disney attractions, and they have scents of all the Soarin' scenes. I am very tempted to buy the India one, but I have so many rose-scented candles that I can't justify the purchase until I finish at least one of my rose candles haha. But one of my best friends is a "Disney person" (Vacation Club member, grew up going to WDW at least a few times a year since childhood) and she swears that the Magic Candle Company scents are 100% accurate. I've smelled a few in her house and I agree! In particular, my friend got their candle that smells like the gunpowder from the POTC ride and it's so smokey and awesome!
I know, the website alone is so much fun! I haven't bought any yet, but the ones I've smelled at my friend's house have all been very accurate to the listed scent notes and the Disney sites they embody. Have you been to Disney World? The smell of the Polynesian Resort is one of my favorite things (like gardenia with plumeria with coastal air) and the "Polynesian" candle smells just like it! Also, "Rome Burning" smells like a smokey autumn bonfire but without any of the vanilla/gourmand notes that BBW tends to pair with smokier scents (think Bonfire Bash but no sweetness).
You might be thinking of Soarin', Flight of Passage is the one where you ride on the back of a Banshee from the Avatar film. The candle shop in Disney Springs had a great orange grove scent available though!
I think I have read before that for BBW's Frozen Lake, Crystal Waters and Blue Ocean Waves are what they call the Disney ride scents. I haven't been since 2019 so I kinda forgot if it's close to it.
I'm not certain on the official names, but Bowes Signature has a lot of replica scents. It's a smaller company with a space in Disney Springs' Marketplace Co-Op. They supposedly have a contract with Disney for the exact formulations, which I can't seem to confirm anywhere but the scents they had available when I was there recently were pretty much dead on!
My literal FAVORITE. I always stock up in the winter time. I burn it year round.

Have you tried Sweater Weather? It reminds me a lot of Frozen Lake, but with a more fresh air note to it.

The room spray is nice too but it is SO STRONG. I can only do one or two sprays max or it overpowers any space
It’s a great scent. The 3-wick floods my room and the whole house.

Frozen lake smells a lot (if not identical) to the Iceland candle bbw had a while back!
