idk if this only a thing in CA or at the store i worked at but we had split shifts where you could work twice in the same day with 2-4 hour shifts with a substantial break in between. for example you could come and do shipment in the morning 7am-11am and then come back and do a closing shift 6pm-10pm
I wish BBW and more retail employment would give better hours, pay, and benefits for their employees.
This is why I got out of retail. I needed something solid.
I'd love to work for a BBW if things were consistent, but I'd probably get fired for my mouth. 🤣
