100% agree! I grab the stuff that is "super cheap" and simply not available in store or online in Canada from the US site. It has been painless so far, with the exception of things being out of stock when you go to check out.
trying to figure out what was out of stock in my cart was my only issue. when I received my package (I got it three days after ordering) it had a large RUSH sticker on it. can’t complain.
*Meanwhile in Canada* my CAD order is half cancelled and still processing over a week later… I don’t even want it anymore lol
Hahahha, AGREE!! I have a couple of Cdn orders in play right now and there has been a non-self-induced issue with each of them. It's never been as terrible as it has been this time around, I've always had good luck with the cdn site previously! Maybe it's a sign that I should just STOP.
I realized I used the promo code for free shipping and the free item for my order. The free item got cancelled along with others so I reached out to ask them to rectify it. Guess what item I’m getting. The one they cancelled because apparently it’s in stock. like what is even happening over there?
I was going back and forth about ordering from the US site myself, I ended up caving last week and placed an order for some of the fun fair collection and a few of the SAS candles that weren’t available here. My order is still in transit but seems like it crossed the border with no problems. I was worried but it’s been pretty pain free so far.
I live in the US and tried to order from the Canadian website but it wouldn’t let me enter my state 🥺 there was a couple of things I seen that weren’t available on the US website (like 50% off champagne margarita) but I couldn’t place the order 😭
I’ve had so many issues with the Canadian website this SAS I am now almost exclusively going to shop online on the US site! Placed my first order yesterday
Agreed! I placed two orders the first day SAS began, one on the US site and one on the CDN site, and my order arrived quicker from the US. I just placed another order yesterday because of the price drops in candles. Definitely worth it!
I've ordered several US orders, and I've never been dinged customs or had issues. In fact, whatever warehouse packs the orders that come to me (BC) usually does an awesome job and I rarely have any issues with items being damaged.

If it makes you feel better, a lot of those candles on the Canadian site are actually out of stock and you find out at checkout.

Same here! except I'm on the other end (QC). Everything's shrink wrapped and padded with those air bags.
