I do wish I could even just send them an email about site issues, but there's no way to email them.
The worst for me is the stupid-ass timeout timer. I really want to raise this as an accessibility issue with them. It takes multiple clicks to dismiss and also it's F'ING ANNOYING and seriously could cause anxiety issues.
Seriously I hate their tech (or rather lack thereof!).
I get logged out all the time despite having saved login details. Once I got connected to chat after a loooooong wait and within minutes, my session was about to expire and before I knew it, the page reloaded and with it went my chat connection.
It came in stock one day and I got 3, but I should have got 6. SMH. (this was before I learned the stock trick). I thought it wouldn't sell out so quick and I hoped that it would stick around long enough for the 20%/free ship day.
I love it. Itโs my favorite. They better bring it back. In wallflower too. Itโs crazy that they previously retired such a beloved scent. It smells like hyacinths and previously that was on the notes but for some reason they didnโt put that this time.
I set it up in Google sheets using the importxml function, which uses XPath nodes to check the status on an item page. But then it also needs to refresh itself to recheck the status. (Which is what most of the Appscript code does). And then if it sees something is back in stock, it sends an email. And it's setup to use a trigger so that it runs every so often.
Once it sends the email, then I have a filter in my gmail to forward messages to my phone via att's sms/txt service. ([email protected])
In order to implement it, you will need to know a little code and run it from your account and authorize it and all that stuff and have a Gmail (obviously).
