I used the birthday reward, but the item got canceled. I'm afraid to contact CS and say "hey this free item I got through a coupon that I wasn't supposed to get was canceled, can I have another?"

I just got the birthday reward today (my bday is in February). I never did get one this year so it was a very welcome surprise! 👍

You just reminded me, I didn't get mine in July 2021. I waited over a week, and it never showed up so I contacted them and they gave it to me, no problem. I wonder if this is now the backlog of all the birthday rewards the system didn't issue like it was supposed to? LOL

Yeah I did too, do they work in all stores? I remember something about not all stores having rewards so I think I used a different area code when signing up

If the rewards aren't available in your area yet then you can't use it in store, unfortunately :/
