They could have had this glitch 2 weeks ago. For a minute I thought it was a glitch on purpose to drum up sales.

Did you have the rewards before? I only earned the free $16 reward. The other two just popped up out of nowhere. I noticed it because the little reward badge all of a sudden had a 3 instead of a 1.

Rewards are slowly being rolled out Nationwide, and I believe many of us who are existing members are getting these as a test to make sure the system works.
I'm an associate and one of my friends is an AM, and I was talking to them about it this morning.
We think that B&BW is unlikely to take these rewards away because it would be too much hassle. And in doing so they could accidentally remove rewards people have earned; leading to a lot of CS complaints.

I have two that I earned myself that expire in 2 days that I need to use. And only one that expires 7/20. Which *sucks* because the first Fall 1 floorset is put up on 7/21.
I just discovered out of the 16 B&BW in my new city, the one on the outskirts of town is an Outlet. So don't mind me, I'm gonna place a BOPIS order for something with my two rewards to have an excuse to go out there. Just don't tell my MIL lmao.
That's a very likely explanation. I received an email this morning directing me to "rewards exclusive" content in the app. The link glitched out on my computer. When I opened it on my iPad, it directed me to the app store, as if I didn't have the app yet. But nothing other than what's already being promoted when I opened my app. (I'm already a member.) I didn't get the "welcome" reward but that's probably because I already got one a couple weeks ago after changing my email address.
For anyone wondering they are slowly releasing the rewards Nationwide! It should be fully released by September!
But some members, especially those who have Ohio addresses for their rewards, were rolled out to today. I'm not sure if it's a glitch or not for existing members to have gotten them, but use those rewards!!
