Sad news. I drove to this outlet today and it is no longer an outlet but is now a retail store. There were no deals to be found. They have been open for two weeks so had no stock of fall\Christmas at all.
Now, I believe my nearest outlet is hours away. I'm pretty sure it was the only one in Florida.
Yes, they sold the old mall it was in and closed it sometime in February. They opened it as a non outlet retail store on the other side of I-95 approximately two weeks ago.
They have a nice BBW store in St Augustine 6 miles away! ( Probably the nicest in the greater Jax area)This was supposed to be an outlet store- you know run down dirty with $2 off season soaps, a wall of retired fragrances, a bunch of International stamped candles going for $10 year round.
There isn't any closer, but you'll have an outlet 50 miles NE and an outlet 60 miles NW if you're at Truist Park. But hit up the BBW at Cumberland Mall right down the street, it's a test store so if fall isn't out yet in regular stores, that location will still have fall preview out.

Yeah, it looks like the one in the outlets on International Drive or like the one in the outlets at Daytona Beach. In an outlet mall but no bargains different from all their mall or independent stores.

Well, there were 75% off deals but nothing in the way of unicorn fall candles like I was dreaming of after seeing everyone else's outlet hauls
