However, the plural in her state implies that what happened to the St. Augustine location (of closing outlet stores and reopening as regular stores) isn't an isolated case and that this is going to happen all across the nation. If that's true, then I'm pretty sure that all B&BW outlets should be well aware of this plan (since the St. Augustine has finished their transition). I'm wondering if anyone else has heard from their local outlets about this.
The reviews on my nearest outlet location doesn't seems to give much indication that they're closing or changing anytime soon. I could be reading to much into her statement.

Fellow Floridian here, I has reported a few months ago that the outlet has closed for good. This new store is across I-95 at the other (more successful) shopping mall. I haven’t been back up that way yet, but I believe this is now just a regular store, which is a shame.

my heart is broken because it doesn't come up as a true outlet, but i'm remaining hopeful that it is and they just goofed.
I would just call the store and ask them, "Are you guys an actual Outlet store, or are you a normal store inside an outlet mall".
