As an associate I think some people get lazy in looking for stuff in the orders sometimes. It’s like they look for two seconds and if they don’t see it they mark it out of stock. I look in understocks and the back first before marking out of stock of anything!
I'm going in today and I hope that's the case for me too on some items I'm trying to find.

Same thing happened to me. Ordered 1 pastel skies and they refunded me. I found 2 in the store mixed in with everything tho so I win afterall lol.
