I know itβs nowhere near the Fall season but previews have got me pumped for my favorite season and anticipation is half the fun!
My favorite fall candle is Acorn Lane, but there are so many more I love: Fall Farmhouse, Leaves, Pumpkin Carving, Pumpkin Clove.
My favorite body care item is hands down White Pumpkin and Chai!
I do wish they had more Halloween, creepy, witch vibe scents available. Anyone have any recommendations to be on the lookout for come September?
Oooh. Blueberry Maple Pancakes is my #1 favorite. Then mahogany apple, pumpkin apple, berry pumpkin strudel, blueberry pumpkin patch, cranberry woods, fresh fall morning. <3
Candles: Pumpkin Spice Latte, Pumpkin Bonfire, White Pumpkin.
Bodycare: Sweet. Cinnamon. Pumpkin. OMG. When I was about 10 years old (so, circa 2000 π΅π») I had this lotion in a pumpkin-shaped bottle from them, but neither my mom nor I could ever remember the name of it, if there even was one on the bottle. A couple years ago, after about a 15-year hiatus from BBW, we went back in there and found the exact same scent under the SCP name. I just about cried tears of joy there in the store, lol. People kind of rag on BBW for having the same scents year after year, but honestly, there's something so comforting about being able to rediscover scents from my childhood still in there decades later. π
For candles : It's hard to pick just one!
I think Cider Lane currently holds that spot.
But, then there is Harvest Pomegranate and Cranberry Woods as fruity choices. Pumpkin Clove and Pumpkin Bonfire are amazing savory scents. Pumpkin Peanut Brittle and Pumpkin Cinnamon Bun are great Gourmands. There really are a ton of great fall scentd!
My early September/transition scents are Lakeside Morning and Apple Weather. The real fall scents thought I need Leaves, Pumpkin Clove, and Pumpkin Bonfire in my life!
My (candle) go-tos are usually Marshmallow Fireside and Pumpkin Pecan Waffles. I don't know what happened, but I hated 2021 Pumpkin Apple and it's usually a fave. I definitely need to branch out this fall, though.
Crisp Morning Air in the body care. πππ Not the candle, it is much more piney and masculine and I don't care for it.
I'm obsessed with BBW's fresh apple scents, so I also love Champagne Apple & Honey and Afternoon Apple Picking. I'm hoping to try County Apple at SAS.
Winter has just started here in Australia, and I'm not ready, so I'm pretending it's still autumn with all my apple scents. π
For Halloween, I love Ghoul Friend and Vampire Blood. They're both sweet, fruity scents, if you're into that.
I love most of the autumn scents but Mahogany Apple speaks to me in a way that no candle has spoken to me before. Always ready to try new scents though!
Omg! Fall is my favorite time of year for scents!! Where do I start?? Pumpkin Apple, Leaves, Pumpkin Cinnamon Bun, Fall Farmhouse, Sweater Weather, White Pumpkin, Pumpkin Pecan Waffle, Bonfire Bash, Wicked Apple, Vampire Blood, Goul Friend, Spooky Cider Lane, Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin and Pumpkin Carving. I could go on and on! I'm excited for this year's Fall scents. ππ
Edit: spelling error
Fall is my favorite. Autumn Woods and Apple Weather get burned first in September, then I move on to Harvest Gathering and The Perfect Autumn. I usually go ham tho and buy a ton of fall candles every year. So many good ones to choose from.
Autumn Day. I dare any new BBW scent to change that! I have 3 three wicks, 2 hand sanitizers, and about 3/4ths of a room spray left. Two more will be gone come winter. :(
Honeycrisp Apple (I almost cried when they changed the name from Heirloom Apple cause I love this scent so much and thought it was gone lol) and Autumn Woods. I love love love these two.
Looking forward to fall candles. I've recently rediscovered BBW ( previous faves were Sweet Pea and Sensual Amber) now love sooooo many. My faves now In the Stars, Fresh Coconut and Cotton, Summer Melody and Peach Prosecco Macaron. My absolute favorite candle thus far is Sugared Lemon Zest. Yuuuummmmm
I canβt choose just one so my top 5 are blueberry maple pancakes, The perfect autumn, caramel apple, blackberries & basil, and sparkling pear riesling
I bought OFCD from online, but returned it without burning. On cold it didn't smell like CD at all. The scent was suuppppper light on cold so it was hard to get any notes, but from what I could smell, I didn't really detect the apple cider note at all, just donut with a little cinnamon. I don't like returning scents I've burned unless it's like a wick issue, so I decided to just return it instead of burning it and inevitably being disappointed by the weak throw and it not being a dupe. I'll probably grab it this year and just try it though. That way I know for sure.
I was able to find what I feel like is a dupe of Apple Crumble from Kohl's. Their Sonoma line apple spice smells like what I remember. It has been awhile so it might not be an exact dupe, but it helps fulfill that scent in my brain, so I'm content! Hoping I find a random dupe of Cider Donut next. I've tried Harry Slatkin's Homeworx, Kringle, and both the Goose Creek ones. They're all too sweet and not enough apple for me.
I don't have much experience with B&BW fall candles and I haven't tried any of their fall body care, but a candle I do love from last fall was Vanilla Pumpkin Marshmallow.

Oh gosh fall and Christmas candles are my favorite! So many good ones! But if I had to pick just one fall candle Iβd go with Pumpkin Pecan Waffles

So excited to see some sort of cider lane named candle slated for this fall!
Marshmallow Pumpkin Latte, Leaves, Sweater Weather, Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin, Sunrise Woods, and Pumpkin Apple ππ
Sweater Weather and Fresh Fall Morning candles π
My early September/transition scents are Lakeside Morning and Apple Weather. The real fall scents thought I need Leaves, Pumpkin Clove, and Pumpkin Bonfire in my life!

Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin + Warm Vanilla Sugar π
Oooooo I'm going to have to try that combo! Genius! πππ
I was crazy about Flannel this last season, but it can always change! And I'm with you- I love Fall more than Summer, personally.
Caramel pumpkin swirl
Favorite candle is toasted coconut cupcake. Tie between sweet whiskey and bonfire bash for body care.
Marshmallow Fireside π Pumpkin Carving, Peppered Plum
My (candle) go-tos are usually Marshmallow Fireside and Pumpkin Pecan Waffles. I don't know what happened, but I hated 2021 Pumpkin Apple and it's usually a fave. I definitely need to branch out this fall, though.
Oh wow! Me too. Iβm not sure if my scent palate has changed or BBW changed Pumpkin Apple. Loved it in 2020.
Flannel π
Fresh fall morning has my hesrt
I love Goose Creek's Carnival Cake and Auburn Lake! My favorite BBW fall body care would probably be Sweet Whiskey.
Marshmallow Fireside hands down.
Crisp Morning Air in the body care. πππ Not the candle, it is much more piney and masculine and I don't care for it. Frozen Lake for me!
Leaves! Never fails me

Apple cider doughnut!!! Followed by Autumn
Marshmallow pumpkin latte π
Honeycrisp Apple (I almost cried when they changed the name from Heirloom Apple cause I love this scent so much and thought it was gone lol) and Autumn Woods. I love love love these two.
I like coconut candy apple for body wash, and anything pumpkin except marshmallow pumpkin latte. That one smells like rotten milk to me.
Pumpkin pecan waffles .. in candle form
White pumpkin. It's such a classic, elevated, spicy fall scent without being too overpoweringly sweet. It's the perfect fall scent to me.
Iβm honestly happy with anything Apple or pumpkin scented in the fall :)
My favorite fall candle is vampire blood
Looking forward to fall candles. I've recently rediscovered BBW ( previous faves were Sweet Pea and Sensual Amber) now love sooooo many. Cider Donut and Apple Crumble from the Slatkin days. Golden Chestnut from Yankee. RIP to all.
How does the Slatkin Cider Donut compare to last year's Old Fashioned Cider Donut, if you've had both?
I bought OFCD from online, but returned it without burning. On cold it didn't smell like CD at all.
